Training plan should show how to use a self-service BI platform according to defined standards and practices, and explain why those standards and practices are important. Successful governance is an iterative process. The governance committee should meet regularly to consider new requirements, reevaluate, or resolve conflicts among business divisions for IT resources. The committee should provide reports to executive sponsors.
