Research Assistant/Risk Analyst Hewlett Packard Inc., Boise, Idaho/School of IE, Purdue University Worked with cost-reduction team to develop multiple approaches to evaluate and identify potential opportunities to reduce the cost of service and support of HP call center on high-end LaserJet products as well as developing strategic plans to enhance customer service and improve customer satisfaction. Conducted human-computer analyses that include, but not limited to CSCW, task analysis, risk assessments, computer modeling, agent web-tools re-design and usability analysis, cognitive walkthrough.
