13 FUTURE PROJECTS Business Process for Streets/Stormwater After Hours Emergency Calls Automated payroll system for department level processing ELEVATED PROJECTS Purchasing Fast Track for Blanket Purchase Order Changes Public Safety/Public Health vehicle/equipment repairs Purchasing Fast Track processing for Emergency/Sole Source Purchase Orders QUICK WINS Fleet Staff gained better understanding of guidelines and process Fleet Manager to disseminate repair policies to Departments
14 In Progress Review SUMMARY First, I would like to Thank You for the opportunity to be a part of the City s Lean Six Sigma initiative. This 1 st project has been a new and exciting learning experience with a few bumps along the way as we put the new training to use.
