1 Declaration of Change of Titles Technology Branch and Section 1 B4949 Declaration of Change of Titles Technology Branch and Secretaries of Communications and Technology Branch) Notice 2015 (Made by the Chief Secretary for Administration under section 55 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1)) 1. Commencement This Notice comes into operation immediately after the Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 54A of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1) on 3 June 2015 and published in the Gazette as Legal Notice No. 120 of 2015 comes into operation. 2. Change of titles of public body and public officers Each title specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 is declared to be changed to the title specified opposite to it in column Substitution of titles in instruments, contracts or legal proceedings Subject to paragraph (3) of the Resolution mentioned in section 1, for each title specified in column 2 of Schedule 2, the title specified opposite to it in column 3 is substituted wherever it occurs in an instrument or a contract made before 20 November 2015 or in any legal proceedings commenced before that date.
