Company Background Innova Software Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company of System Design Co., Ltd. (Japan) and Thai investors. We are a company in the Instep Group which consists of 6 companies. Our main business is developing business application software, implementing enterprise solution and providing IT professional service to meet customers' requirement. Our services cover across several industrial and business area, e.g. manufacturing, transportation, telecommunication, etc. Our main customers are in public sector, local private sector and international markets. Since the establishment in 1999, Innova Software received a promotion from the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI). In 2005, Innova Software became a member of Oracle Partner Network (OPN). Since then, we provided consulting and implementation services of the Oracle E-Business Suite which is the most reliable world-class ERP solution to several customers. In 2005, Innova Software passed the qualification and has been registered as a Class-A Consultant in telecommunication and computer sector at the Ministry of Finance. 3 Products Car Parking Management System CPMS is a total solution for operating and managing car parking lot. RFID technology was applied to control car entry and exiting. Contact-less Proximity card is used to identify and record car plate number into server storage. Online connection enables information sharing between several entrance and exit gates. Digital image of the entering car and driver is captured and stored into the server to provide image for security check at the exit gate. Parking fee is automatically calculated and displayed on a LED panel at the exit gate. Compact receipt printer and cash drawer are included to save operation space. Several types of detail and summary report are provided for daily operation cross-check and management review. Access Control & Time Attendance System TIMAC is an integrated online access control and time attendance system. Contact-less proximity card provides easy and reliable door unlocking. Entry and exit time are automatically recorded into the server. Daily and monthly time attendance of each individual are calculated from first entry and last exit time record. Time attendance data can be transferred or exported to payroll system. Access control authorization can be configurable separately by time-zone, area-zone and staff levels. Card only or card and PIN code operation modes are selectable. Online system ensures data reliability by recording on the server. User-friendly graphical web-based application for real-time monitoring, data inquiry, historical summary, executive summary and report are included. Human Resource Management & Payroll System Innova Software's Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Payroll System are web-based application software for managing enterprise human resource and payroll. Personal data, history data, salary, training record, promotion and probation data of each individual can be recorded and searched. Monthly salary and tax deduction of employees are automatically calculated. Time attendance data record can be transferred directly from time attendance system or imported from text file. Executive information system is included in the system to provide graphic chart for statistical analysis for management. KPI & Personnel Scorecard Key Performance Indicators, also known as KPI or Key Success Indicators (KSI), help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals. Based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, this software solution enables organizations to clarify their vision and strategy.
