1 How to Use EMERGENCY DRUG TRACKER Place in a 3 ring binder or clipboard and keep with your emergency drug kit. 1. Fill in the circle that contains the month and year your emergency drug expires. 2. This can be placed in the front of the 3 ring binder or clipboard and stored with your emergency drug kit. 3. Drug Algorithms for 12 Common Medical Emergencies list the suggested drug name, dosage, and method of delivery for each drug. Record the expiration date of each drug and the reorder date next to the algorithm for which the drug is recommended. 4. When your drugs expire, simply fill out the reorder form and fax or to Emergency Drug Resource. Someone will contact you for payment information and your order will be filled ASAP!
