The company was founded on the 28 th August 2010 and through hard work and dedication has excelled in being a preferred service provider. The services offered are directly linked to enabling customers to utilize Information Technology to enhance their business operations. MTHO Payroll Services renders its services to small to large sized organizations. The strength of services offered is the principle of customer satisfaction by offering a reliable, satisfactory and pleasant service to all stakeholders. This is a South African company which was formed to become an industry leader in payroll, hr and business consulting. MTHO Payroll Services incorporates a team of highly experienced professionals that have produced successful track records in the payroll and human resources industry. MTHO Payroll Services provides customer specific services at the most cost effective manner. We are customer focused and invest time and dedication to customer satisfaction. 9 5. Services 5.1 Payroll Outsourcing MTHO Payroll Services provides a fully integrated payroll solution. We process payroll according to the latest legislation guidelines set by The Receiver of Revenue SARS, the Department of Labour, Bargaining Councils and other legislative bodies. MTHO Payroll Services provides a quality services that an inhouse payroll or HR department can provide at a fraction of the cost to the client. Our high level team of payroll administrators is well trained and posses a high level of experience and knowledge of the payroll industry and the legislation involved. Our mission is to supply consistent and continued service excellence by upgrading our products to incorporate the changing needs of the payroll sector. Our Payroll Outsourcing Service includes: Processing of monthly, weekly or bi-weekly input which can be sent to us by a various methods such as , fax, excel, time and attendance files, etc. Calculation of all statutory deductions and company contributions such as Tax(P.A.Y.E), UIF, SDL and other bargaining council deductions based on information provided by the client. Quality checking of all input and statutory deductions and company contributions. Printing of variance reports to enable the client to confirm that the financials are in order. Once the client is satisfied we produce all of the Page 9

10 statutory reports such as the EMP201, UIF submission documents and interface files, payslips, third party reports and other customized reports required by the client. Payments of employee s nett salaries are done electronically in a batch file. Monthly preparation and submission of EMP201 return for PAYE, SDL and UIF. Preparation and submission of any bargaining council submission if client belongs to a bargaining council. Preparation and assistance in making third party payments. Integration of payroll data with the client s accounting system. Tax advice when required. Assistance in salary structuring and planning. A unique feasibility study has to be done for each client in order to determine the exact services that are needed by the client to function to the best of their ability.
