The following is a brief description of individual areas of responsibility and their respective telephone numbers. In an emergency situation, if you are unable to reach a specific contact, you are urged to call one of the 24-hour Control Center telephone numbers listed below. Locations in Gordon s area of responsibility include: Watson, ATSC, Ontario, Colton, Imperial, Yuma, and Phoenix. J. C. 3 QUALITY CONTROL R. G. (Russ) Kinzig, Manager-Quality Control Office: (714) Cell Phone: (714) Russ heads up KMEP's Quality Assurance and Oversight Programs. He is responsible for supervising the Chemists at KMEP's seven laboratories (Colton [2], Concord, El Paso, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Watson). Russ prepares the pipeline specifications and manages the KMEP detergent and red dye additive programs. He can answer questions relating to product quality, transition periods, oxygenated fuels, RVP, CARB and EPA diesels, etc. Walter Kratochvil, Assistant Manager-Quality Control Office: (714) Cell Phone: (714) Walter assists Russ Kinzig in all areas of Qualtity Control and assumes overall responsibilities in Russ absence. Walter is also assigned special projects relating to Quality Control and Kinder Morgan s laboratories. M. R. Jim Adial, Chemist (Watson Lab) Steve Seibly, Chemist (Watson Lab) Office: (310) The Watson laboratory performs quality control testing for facilities at Orange, Mission Valley, and Watson. S.D. (Doug) Raty, Chemist (Concord Lab) Kaila Stevenson, Lav Technician (Concord Lab) (contract employee) Dennis Wong, Lab Technician (Concord Lab) (contract employee) Office: (925) The Concord laboratory performs quality control testing for facilities at Concord, Richmond, Brisbane, Bradshaw, Chico, Fresno, San Jose and Reno. Codey Felsot, Sr. Lab Technicianh (Phoenix Lab) Danielle Bartelson, Lab Technician (Phoenix Lab) (contract employee) f office: (602) The Phoenix laboratory performs quality control testing for facilities at Tucson, Phoenix, Yuma and Imperial (EPA). (Al) Cooper, Lab Technician (Las Vegas Lab) Office: (702) The Las Vegas laboratory performs diesel lubricity testing for all facilities as well as quality control testing for the Las Vegas terminal and military testing for several facilities. 4 INVENTORY SYSTEMS T.A. (Tom) Hooks, Manager - Inventory Systems Office: (714) Cell Phone: (714) Tom serves as the liaison with KMEP s Information Systems Department. He is responsible for maintaining databases related to customer codes, location codes and product codes. Tom supervises the maintenance of customer inventories, TMS files and additive accounting. Rasjida Mizerak, Additive Administrator Office: (714) Rasjida is responsible for coordinating KMEP s community and proprietary additive programs and red dye injection programs. R.D. (Monty) Asuncion, Inventory Administrator Office: (714) Monty distributes the weekly and monthly schedules, weekly and monthly stock reports, the weekly military report and the DOE report. Monty also handles revisions to the customer contact address, telephone and fax list and works on the weekly and monthly stock reports. A. L. (Tony) Stern, TMS Administrator Office (714) Tony coordinates and maintains customer records and databases related to the Terminal Management System (TMS) necessary for access to unattended truck loading facilities. He also serves as a liaison between customers and terminal operations personnel. J. (Janeen) Olson, Pipeline Analyst Office (714) Janeen works as the analyst on the Calnev system. 5 CONTROL CENTERS Jerry Coronado, Manager Control Center Office: (714) Cell Phone: (714) Jerry is responsible for daily activities related to the KMEP Control Centers located in Orange. Guarionex (Guario) Rodriguez, Assistant Manager Control Center Office: (714) Cell Phone: (714) Guario supervises the Line Controllers who operate the Orange Control Center 24 hours each day. ORANGE CONTROL CENTER In case of emergency, you may contact the Control Center if you need to reach Products Movement personnel. EMERGENCY NUMBERS: (213) or- (213) The Control Center is manned 24 hours. Four Pipeline Controllers are on duty at all times. The areas of responsibility are as follows: Lead Console: (714) The Lead Console oversees and supports all other Controller Consoles. North Console: (714) The North Console handles the North Line, the Stockton Line, the Fresno Line and the Bakersfield Line. West Console: (714) The West Console handles the West Lines and the San Diego Line. East Console: (714) The East Console handles the East Line, the San Jose Line, the Brisbane Line and the Oregon Line. Calnev Console: (714) The Calnev Console handles the both the 8 and 14 lines from Colton to Las Vegas. Sec7-5.doc Page 5
