7 Testing Irregularities Imperative: Review Breach of Security documents with proctors All other participants involved in EOPA testing process See EOPA Assessment Security Agreement example Or, create your own form using narrative from EOPA State Guidance Document 7/16/2013 7

8 Breach of Security Created by the Proctor: System Superintendent determines action to be taken A strong reprimand A redirection of duties A referral to the Professional Standards Commission Or others actions as determined by System Superintendent 7/16/2013 8

9 EOPA Proctor Qualifications Proctor (or Test Examiner) must be a certified educator (teachers, counselors, administrators, paraprofessionals) includes retired educators Educators without a Georgia certification from the Professional Standards Commission may not administer EOPAs 7/16/2013 9
