3 Counselors Recovery Residence PRN Weekends Only Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm 7:00 am Monitors patients to ensure they attend scheduled meetings and comply with house rules Follows established hospital procedures when residents are non-compliant with rules, as well as acting as mediator between residents to resolve conflicts Leads community meetings Bachelor s degree required Experience working with both young adults and adults is required Case Managers Older Adults PRN Must have Weekend Availability Responsible for coordination of care for patients health/addiction field preferred Case Manager Youth Services PRN Weekday Responsible for coordination of care for patients health/addiction field Experience with adolescents (primarily 11-17) and their families is required Case Manager Women s Services E-West PRN Must be available for weekends Responsible for coordination of care for patients health/addiction field Eating disorder and trauma experience preferred

4 Case Manager Adult Inpatient Monday - Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm Responsible for coordination of care for patients health/addiction field required Dietitian Women s Services PRN Responsible for integrating nutrition education and nutrition intervention into the team treatment of patients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating during the assessment and treatment phases of inpatient and outpatient therapy Requires a current license Experience in Eating Disorders required Non Clinical Director of Business Development Business Development The Director of Business Development will be responsible for maintaining and establishing strong relationships with internal and external customers and will supervise contract negotiations with managed care companies. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer A Bachelor s Degree in a related discipline is required for this position, with preference going to Master s Degree candidates. Minimum 5 years management experience in Behavioral Healthcare Marketing is preferred The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation with managed care companies. 5 Patient Care Liaison Access Center 3:00 pm 11:30 pm Responsible for providing process information, program information and other general orientation information upon arrival for assessment in the Access Center. Demonstrated competency in taking vital signs accurately and recording them on the Vital Signs Record Checks patients personal belongings as needed for patient safety Utilizes effective communication in de-escalating patients with emphasis on appropriate expression of feelings/needs, reality orientation, self-responsibility, and safety Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Related Field or working toward degree or High School Diploma or GED with previous healthcare experience Admissions Rep. Admissions PRN 7:00 am 3:30 pm 10:00 am 6:30 pm Every other weekend Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to read and calculate patient benefits Responsible for data input, financial counseling, registration of patients and insurance verification High School Diploma or Equivalent Two years experience in medical office or hospital setting Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Security Officer Security PRN Part-time Use as needed for fillins The Security Officer will provide building patrol, escort services for patients, visitors and staff, investigation of thefts, disturbances, suspicious activity and facility access, including locking, unlocking and restricting traffic at various times Three to five years experience in the field of law enforcement or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

6 UM Coordinators UM PRN 8:30 am 5:00 pm Responsible for coordinating certification for appropriate levels of care for the patient during continuum of hospitalization Performs clinical reviews with managed care organizations/insurance companies to assure appropriate utilization of patient s benefits Communicates with treatment team, physicians and financial counselors regarding patient s authorizations, denials and benefits Applies a fundamental understanding and recognition of individual age appropriate needs as a baseline for assessment of utilization of services Preferred experience with managed care organizations/insurance companies in a behavioral healthcare setting Master s degree in Social Work or Counseling preferred Housekeeper Environmental Services PRN Vacuuming floors, dusting furniture and floors, wet mopping rooms, hallways and public areas, gathering and disposal of trash and waste materials, cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors and walls of bathroom High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in related field will be considered in lieu of education Registered Dietitian Food Services PRN Manages nutrition care of patients in the absence of the dietitian Licenses required In addition to the above positions, internships may be available in a variety of areas.
