Recommended to secured creditors by the Franchisor (Denny s) to provide s and advisory services to a multi-state, 40+ unit fe and its creditors. Nationwide marketing resulted in a recovery of over $12 million. Engaged by the Trustee after the resignation of the Receiver, to provide a Value Optimization plan for a relationship/recovery model in excess of Trustee and creditor forecasts. The multi million dollar recovery on these Taco Bell units provided some recovery for unsecured creditors. Recommended by the secured creditor, provided Asset Recovery and S y services to this 100+ unit bi-coastal Burger King Fe, resulting in the sale of all units while incorporating the Franchisor s requests for significant capital results. After two years in bankruptcy and foiled efforts to reorganize or sell this administratively insolvent estate, NFS was engaged to sell 24 Fatburger restaurants in California and Nevada. Recovery was in excess of $7 million and was more than double that anticipated by DIP lender, secured creditors, OCC, CRO, and the debtor. The sale was completed in less than 75 days from the date of engagement. MEMBER
