1 This kit will help you increase efficiency and streamline operations by integrating Intronis into your RMM solution. Deploy and monitor Intronis agents through a single interface that your technicians already know and use on a daily basis. Intronis RMM Deployment Kit

2 Deploying the Intronis Installer Download the installer from Intronis in the Admin tab -> Downloads. The Intronis Installer will always download the most recent build of your software (including any branding that you have setup). This means that you can continue to use the same installer through your RMM solution even if the build, or your branding is updated. Once you ve downloaded your installer, you can deploy it through your RMM solution using the following command line switches: All parameters are case sensitive Switch /Username=user_test /Password= /ComputerID=0000 /ManagedKey /Silent /SuppressMsgBoxes Description Specifies the username to be used during Monitor setup (only for new accounts) Specifies the password to be used during Monitor setup (only for new accounts) Specified the Computer ID to be used during Monitor setup (only for new accounts) If added, managed key will be used during Monitor setup (only for new accounts) Runs the installer in silent mode (user interaction is not required) Combined with /silent, suppresses setup message boxes

3 Monitor Intronis through pre-configured RMM integration Level Platforms With Level Platforms, clients can download the Intronis esureit Backup policy module. Once you have downloaded the policy module you will be able to monitor Intronis backups through the Managed Workplace dashboard. Both Intronis and Level Platforms must be installed on devices to be able to monitor the Backups.

4 N-able With N-able s N-central, clients can Load the Windows Event Log Intronis service template. Once you have loaded the service template you will be able to monitor Intronis backups through the N-Central dashboard. Both Intronis and N-able must be installed on devices to be able to monitor the backups.

5 Configure your RMM to Monitor Intronis through the Windows Event Viewer If you aren t using N-able or Level Platforms, configure your RMM solution to monitor the Event IDs below through the Windows Event Viewer.
