MDF-500 A Professional Remediation Solution
About MDF-500 Broad spectrum bactericide, virucide and fungicide. The most advanced restoration and remediation formulation available today. Environmentally safe (primary oxidizers decompose into oxygen and water). Safe to use in virtually any indoor remediation application (including hospitals, schools and nursing homes). No PPE (Personal Protective Equipment ) required in spray bottle or pump up spray application. EPA registered (FIFRA No /2). EPA toxicity rating = 0 (No significant risk to health). Registered throughout the U.S., (including California) and Canada.
MDF-500 History MDF-500 is a patented technology originally developed for the US Military to safely neutralize chemical and biological compounds. MDF 500 is currently licensed and produced by phresh Solutions, Sherman Oaks, CA.
Where to Use MDF-500 Mold Remediation: Kills mold, mildew, and fungal spores. Water / Flood and Sewer Damage: Disinfects, deodorizers and cleans hard, non-porous surfaces. Controls mold and mildew on hard, non-porous surfaces. Fire / Smoke & Other Odors: Eliminates odors from fires, cigarettes, cigars, skunks, and odors caused by microorganisms Trauma and Crime Scene: Effective in trauma, crime-scene, tear gas and meth lab clean-up. Facilities / Building Maintenance: Duct cleaning, odor mitigation and cleaning; in apartments, high-rises, commercial buildings, banks, health care facilities, nursing homes, schools and institutions, etc. Sick building syndrome Petroleum product spills
MDF-500 is Proven Effective Against a Broad Range of Organisms Virucidal: Avian Influenza A, H9N2 (bird flu) Influenza A / B Aids Virus / HIV-1 Virus Herpes Simplex Type 1 & 2 Hepatitis C &B Human and Canine Coronovirus Norovirus Fungicidal: Aspergillus niger Penicillium variabile Stachybotrys chartarum Bactericidal: Staphlococcs aureus (MRSA) and epidermidis E-coli (ESBL and O157:H7) Enterococcus faecalis and faecium (VRE) E coli (O157:H7 and antibiotic resistant) Salmonella enterica Streptococcus pyrogenes Streptococcus salivarius Staphylococcus aureus
The Decon/omics of Using MDF-500 in Commercial & Large Loss Less Product More Coverage: MDF 500 is both the safest and strongest product on the market today making it possible to reduce spore counts and neutralize odors in large spaces effectively with a limited quantity of product when compared with other products. Faster Turnaround time: MDF-500 can be used in place of certain remediation equipment and get clients back in their home / business faster while ensuring you pass the mold test. When fogged multiple times there is less scrubbing and cleaning and man-power required to remove mold and mildew. We can assist you in pricing and protocols to fit your specific needs.
Why MDF-500 Works so Well The Quaternary Amines in part A penetrate the cell wall. The Hydrogen Peroxide in part B then oxidizes critical substances inside the cell. MDF-500 provides two steps in one application. MDF-500 for smoke works in reverse, the Peroxide finishes the oxidation process started by the fire(this is what causes the odor) and then the detergent in part A is a very effective tool for washing away the soot residue. MDF-500 is non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-toxic and biodegradable
MDF-500 Tips & Tricks Odorless Once dried, does not leave an odor behind. A ULV sprayer is the most cost effective method for application. Will remain active for 8 hours when wet: The mixed product can be used as a cleaning product after this time. Mix solution as necessary for square footage to be treated. Mix equal parts A and B. Comes packaged in 4 gallons per box: (2) gallons of Part A and (2) gallons of Part B

Ways to Apply MDF-500 Liquid spray. Pump-up sprayers or spray bottles can apply MDF-500 as a liquid spray. Spraying MDF-500 as a liquid is beneficial when treating hot spots for mold or pet stains before fogging. Foam. Foaming sprayers inject air into the product to produce a foam. As a foam, the MDF-500 product will remain in contact with a surface longer than when applied as a liquid spray. Mist / Fog. ULV foggers (Ultra Low Volume), also known as wet foggers, can apply MDF-500 as a spray mist. The mist dispenses the product as an aerosol into an airspace and allows control over the amount of product wetting a surface.
How to Apply MDF-500 per Application Mold & Mildew: Fogging, spraying, removal of mold, wipe down horizontal surfaces. Water Loss: Spraying, mopping, fogging. Smoke Odors: Fogging, spraying, wipe down. Pet Odors: Fogging, spraying, wipe down, mopping. Trauma & Crime Scene: Fogging, spraying, mopping. Tear Gas: Fogging, light wipe down horizontal surfaces. Meth: Fogging, wipe down horizontal surfaces. Skunk: Fogging. Carpet: Carpet machine, spraying.
