3 GENERAL INFORMATION Holiday hotel property of Grupo de Turismo Gaviota SA and operated by Sol Meliá through a management contract under its Sol brand. Sol Palmeras commenced operating on May 10, 1990, which also marked the beginning of company s presence in Cuba. Sol Palmeras was the first joint venture incorporated on the island, paving the way for foreign participation in Hotel Management and Marketing in Cuba. 4 DESCRIPTIoN All Inclusive 4 Star beach resort with elegant and modern design. The property covers an area of m². This hotel complex consists of a 4-story horseshoeshaped building with 408 rooms and a neighboring area with 202, one and two story bungalows.
