12 GUEST SERVICE MANAGER For any assistance that you may require, please contact our Guest Service Manager SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX We recommend the use of a safety deposit box for your valuables, as the hotel Management cannot take responsibility for the loss of money, jewellery or any other items left in the rooms or in public area. Your valuables should be kept in the safety deposit box in your room, which is available against a small weekly rental fee. Loss of the key must be reported immediately to the reception andthe cost of replacing the lock will have to be paid by the client. LUGGAGE SERVICES Please contact the bell boys, at extension 301, if you wish to have your luggage picked up from your room. Luggage will be deposited in the luggage room IDENTIFICATION Nana Beach Club is an all inclusive resort. To identify our guests we provide a bracelet at check in. Please remember that it is obligatory to wear the bracelet during your stay in order to receive the all-inclusive services. Loss of the bracelet must be reported immediately to the reception in order to receive a new one, against charge. 12

16 IMPORTANT INFORMATION SEA CONDITIONS Please note the flag colour on the beach every day before entering the water. - Green: swim without danger - Yellow: swim at your own risk - Red: swimming is prohibited SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS - The swimming pools will be open from 08:00 am to 19:00 pm and the Jacuzzi from am to pm. - Children must be accompanied by an adult. - Glasses and bottles are not allowed in the pool. - With regard to the Relaxing pool, please note that children under 16 years of age are not permitted to enter. We kindly inform you that you cannot reserve sun beds or umbrellas. Important Notice: Babies and young children are only permitted in the swimming pool if wearing swimming nappies and in any case never naked. TOWELS - BEACH TOWEL CARD Please present the card in one of our three Pool bars (KALYPSO- VERANDA-POSEIDON) in order to get your beach towel. Kindly note that you can change your towels daily, from 11:00-17:00. The beach towel card must be returned to reception before checking out, in order to avoid a charge of 20. SUNBEDS & UMBRELLAS It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to reserve any sunbeds or umbrellas at any time during your stay. 16

17 FIRE PREVENTION - In the event of fire leave by the nearest available exit and inform the reception immediately. - Do not use lifts in case of emergency. - Please do not smoke in bed. - Do not throw cigarette ends into the paper basket. Switch off and disconnect the wall plug of any portable electrical appliance FIRE EXTINGUISHER There is one in every corridor, on every floor, throughout the hotel. FIRST AID First Aid Boxes can be found at the Reception, at the Water sports Center and at the Snack Bar. 18 KEYS When you enter your room you must immediately place the key into the special plug on the wall. This is necessary in order to receive electricity and hot water in the room. Please do not forget to return your key to Reception when you go out and especially on your departure day. EXCHANGE Available at Reception from 07:00 to 14:30 and from 15:00 to 22:00 CREDIT CARDS We accept American Express, Eurocard, Visa, Diners and Mastercard. MESSAGES All telephone and other messages will be delivered to your key box at the reception desk. MAIL-STAMPS Incoming mail will be placed in your key box at the reception. 21 BUS TRANSFERS A bus stop can be found on the main road, where you can get a public bus every thirty minutes either to Heraklion or from the opposite side, to Ag. Nikolaos. TAXI Please order a taxi at Reception well in advance. From our experience, it can take up to half an hour for a taxi to arrive during high season.
