4 Introduction Welcome and congratulations! You have just purchased the most powerful tools available to real estate agents in North America. The BayNet family systems are the most sophisticated services of their kind available. This service allows you to expand your sphere of influence with prospects, and easily work with buyers and sellers to alert them of new properties. It will also allow you to track their activity, respond to their needs and turn them into closed business more quickly! The system is Internet based, so you can use it on any* Internet browser anywhere on earth and have secure access to your clients and the MLS. *Currently only supporting Internet Explorer 7+ and Mozilla Firefox Browsers. Getting Started Let s get started! This manual will give you step-by-step instruction on everything there is to know about the e-agents system. Please remember that e-agents is a web-based application, so feel free to experiment on your own and play around with the system. Our Support Services Your subscription with BayNet includes unlimited customer service & support, and also includes free webinar trainings. It is recommended that you prepare the following items before speaking with a customer service representative: Create 3-5 test clients in the system, and add test searches to them. Work on your agent profile, and upload your agent photo & company logo. Feel free to us your photo & logo, so we can upload it for you. Purchase or re-point your domain name. 6 Capturing Leads on Your Site Client Organizer The client organizer allows your clients to login to your site and create/view/edit searches. Your site visitors can register for an account with the Client Login link found on your site. You will always receive an instant alerting you of a new account; including the contact information the user has provided on the sign up form. If you are adding clients into your account, you will have the option to assign a user name/password so your client will have instant access. Your customers see what and when to receive MLS updates. 7 Home Search & Quick Search (IDX Feed) Your clients and site visitors will have the ability to create searches quickly and easily. For a more detail specific search; they can fill out the Home Search form, click on Search, and view the page of listing matches. It will also give them a map of all the properties, a Market Snapshot, and the ability to Save Search in their client organizer account. Your clients will also have the ability to search using the Quick Search module. The Quick Search model is not available for all website templates; please select a template in which you can visibly see the Quick Search on the home page. 8 Lead Generation Window This tool allows you to connect with your consumers IMMEDIATELY. Baynet has previously deployed this lead capture technology in our ListingProducer.com Single Property Domain sites and now have added it to your e-agents website. You will be able to write your own welcome message. When the form is filled out by a site visitor, the visitor is saved in the contact management and an is sent to you, including an SMS. Free Report Request Forms We offer free reports for your site visitors and clients to download. They select the reports they would like to receive, fill out the form below, and the reports will be sent to them as an attachment. 11 How to Login to Your Account 1. Open an internet browser; either IE or Firefox. 2. Type in the following URL to the browsers address bar: 3. When prompted for a username and password, please enter the information. 4. Click Login When you first go to the login page, add it to your list of favorites. Click on the Favorites/Bookmarks menu at the top of your browser screen. Look for the prompt that says add to favorites or similar message. Click OK and the e-agents web address will be stored on your computer. 12 My Profile : Configure Your Account You will want to invest a few minutes of your time to personalize your website and alert profile. This information will be the information your client see s. We recommend you start off with uploading your agent photo, your contact information, and your About Me section. Managing Your Profile 1. Start by clicking the My Profile tab. 2. Click on List. 3. Click on your Primary Profile (or a different profile you ve created) to edit. On this page you will find fields for you to enter in your name, company information, and other forms of contact, phone numbers, cell phone numbers, as well as uploading your agent photo and company logo. Please make sure that the address you enter here is the correct for your clients to contact you. Any forms submitted by your site visitors, via your website, will be sent to the address you enter. The address entered will also be the address used to send out your client alerts. (Figure 1) Edit Profile Page To upload your photo; click on Browse, and find your photo in your files then click Open, once your photo has been selected click on Upload Image. If your photo has uploaded correctly, you will be prompted with Picture Uploaded Successfully, click OK. (see figure 2) To upload your company logo; you can either choose a logo from our list found on the Select Logo drop down menu, or upload your own by following the same steps used when uploading your agent photo. This will be made visible on your website as the content within your About Me link. You may also enter in a slogan in the Slogan field. 4. Once you feel that you have completed your profile information, click Save. Saving will re-direct you back to your list of profiles. Assigning Profiles 1. Start by clicking the My Profile tab. 2. Click on Assign Profile. 3. Here you may choose the profile information to use on your MLS alert s and your website. This means you can create multiple profiles, using different contact information, agent photo etc This way, your alert s may contain, for example, your cell phone & office number with your office address, whereas your website may show just office address & office phone number BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 10

14 Manage Your MLS Profile If you have feature, sold, and office listings; let your system pull them and showcase them into your website! 1. Start by clicking the My Profile tab. 2. Click on Manage MLS Profile. 3. Here you can enter in your agent DRE number (agent ID, MLS ID). By entering in the correct DRE#, your system will automatically pull all of your featured, pending, and sold listings. The listings will be shown on your website, all separated in their own links that are determined by their status. Select your MLS board. Enter in your agent MLS ID and password. Click Add MLS ID. 4. You can also pull the featured listings by your office into your website. Select the MLS board. Enter in your office ID. Enter in your office branch number. If you do not have your Office ID, your office help desk should have this information for you. Managing Profile Links you can add a personal section on your control panel menu. This will be a tab placed at the bottom of the menu (see the screen shot below). You can personalize this tab with any site favorites/bookmarks. 1. Start by clicking the My Profile tab. 2. Click on Manage Links 3. Begin by creating a Group Name Go ahead and personalize it! 15 4. Refer to PAGE 34 of this manual on adding links and managing link orders. 5. In our example, we included important links that you may use on a daily basis; Google Analytics and Google Calendar (great tools to use for your site). If you check WebMail daily, you may want to add the link to your WebMail login. 6. Now you are ready to use these links and wil0l have access to them without having to open a new browser. If you click on My Yahoo link (example only) the My Yahoo! homepage will populate within your control panel! By opening on the same browser, you don t lose access to your control panel, and you re keeping your open browser number down. Click on Google Calendar This will bring up your Google calendar (if you have registered for one through Changing Your Username and Password If a temporary username/password was assigned to you, don t hesitate to change them both! You do not need to notify us of the change. 1. Start by clicking the My Profile tab. 2. Click on Modify Login. 3. Enter your desired username and click Change User Name. 4. 16 My Contacts : Managing Contacts You can add your contacts in this section; contacts from your client data base & personal contacts. The contacts you enter into the system with searches will be the ones ed alerts of new and updated listings. You can add them to your system manually, or use the systems import feature to copy them from your Outlook or Outlook Express! Viewing Your Contacts 1. Start by clicking the My Contacts tab. 2. Click on List. 3. Click on All (other options in the menu are for specific contacts in a group ) This page will show all of your contacts in alphabetical order. Also find contacts by the first letter of their last name by clicking any letter between A-Z above the list. (see figure 5) (Figure 5) Searching For a Specific Contact Sometimes, you d rather search for a client by name or address, here s how! 1. Start by clicking the My Contacts tab. 2. Click on Search. 3. Type in either: Last name This will bring up a list of all clients with the matching last name found within their information. First name This will bring up a list of all clients with the matching first name found within their information. address This will bring up a list of all clients with the matching address found within their information. 4. 17 Adding New Contacts 1. Start by clicking the My Contacts tab. 2. Click on Add New Contact. 3. Enter the primary contact information in the correct fields. Two new pieces of data have been added to contacts for e-agents Details tab: Internal Source Shows where in e-agents the contact was added (ex. Lead Track window, Save Search, Contact Me, Request CMA, etc) External Source Shows what site referred the contact to e-agents (ex. Google.com, trulia.com, etc. Or it will show agents site URL if that is the first site the contact went to) While the fields are there for all of your existing contacts, and can be edited if desired, only new contacts will have this data automatically filled. Details Tab Information for a secondary contact. Examples; client s wife, husband, parents, friends, etc Group Tab Assign your client to a pre-existing group. Alerts Settings Tab Activate or deactivate your client s searches. If they have multiple searches to deactivate, turning the searches off can be done quickly and easily here. You can also opt to receive SMS/TXT messages via your cell phone for updates on their searches. Marketing Tab - The marketing activity panel will be available after the contact is saved 4. 18 Adding To Groups You can have specific groups to separate property specific clients within each group. Here are some example group names; CMA clients, FSBO clients, Personal Contacts, RE Clients, Co-Workers, Newsletter Subscribers, etc. 1. Start by clicking the My Contacts tab. 2. Click on Groups. 3. Default Groups are groups that are created on all e-agents accounts, they cannot be deleted & their titles cannot be modified. Click the icon for Group Contacts. This will show you which contacts are in the group, and which ones you can still add. In the Contacts Not in Group list, highlight the contacts you want to add (select multiple contacts by holding down CTRL while you select them). Click the Add button, and you will see them move to the Contacts in Group. Click Back when finished (this will save the changes) BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 15

19 Creating New Groups You may not want to use the ones we ve created for you, so create your own client specific groups. Unlike the already created groups, the groups you add can be modified and deleted. 1. Enter a group name/title. 2. Click Add when finished. 3. To add contacts to your new group, follow the directions on page BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 16

20 Importing Contacts into e-agents The IMPORT feature allows you to transfer your MS Outlook or Outlook Express Contacts to your e-agents Contact List, without having to enter/retype them one by one. This feature can save you, literally, hours of tedious data input. The IMPORT function is most useful for new e-agents subscribers. If you are only entering a few new contacts (1-5), you will find it much easier to enter them manually. This is NOT a synchronization facility between Outlook and e-agents. Before you proceed, please make sure that your Outlook software has the IMPORT/EXPORT facility enabled. If that is not the case, you will have to install that feature from your original installation CD (Microsoft Office CD). Outlook Express has this functionality installed by default. We suggest printing this page prior to importing. Here is how to do it (the menus are slightly different from Outlook to Outlook Express): 1. What to do in Outlook or Outlook Express: For Outlook: Go to FILE menu, choose IMPORT/EXPORT. Choose "EXPORT TO A FILE", then "COMMA SEPARATED VALUES" for DOS or Windows (you may be prompted to insert the original Microsoft Office installation CD). Select the folder where you keep your contacts (by default - "Contacts"). Assign name to file and choose a target directory where you can easily find it later (as a suggestion, use C:\mycontacs.csv). Click on the FINISH button. Proceed with the instructions below: "Import into e-agents". For Outlook Express: Go to the file menu, choose "Export" >> "Address Book. Choose "TEXT FILE (Comma Separated Values)". Assign name to file and choose the target directory where you can easily find it later (as a suggestion, use C:\mycontacs.csv). Add to selected checkboxes "First Name" and "Last Name". Close Export window. Proceed with the instructions below: "Import into e-agents". 2. Import into e-agents by clicking on the Browse button, you can select the file where you saved your contacts in Step 1. Upload this file by clicking the "Upload File" button. The file upload process may take some time depending on your address book size. Once the import process is done, you ll be redirected to the e-agents Contact List page where you can review and modify the imported contacts and then assign searches to them BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 17

21 MLS Search : Manage Searches In this section; you will have the ability to create searches for your existing clients. You can have the ability to review new properties that have pulled for specific searches. If your client has a change in their search criteria, you are able to login, and quickly modify the information. Creating automatic alerts for your client s made quick and easy, using your system. Viewing Your Searches 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Click on Saved Searches. 3. On this page; you can see the search name, client the search belongs to, MLS/Class/Price of the search, property status. Above the information, there are tabs for Inactive Searches & Unverified Searches ; click on the tabs to view the lists 4. You may click the following actions found under Perform Actions ; Edit, copy, inactivate, & delete search, and view search matches. The Saved Searches page also allows you to search for a client/search by filtering the contacts last name. The page also shows Active Search Totals. Search MLS Using this tool, you can create a quick search and get a list of matches without having to save the search to a contact. 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Hover over Search. 3. Hover over Search MLS & select your MLS board. 4. Enter in the information as required 5. 22 6. Click Search to populate property matches. 7. View matching properties; to view the details, click on the property address 8. You can click on Save if you decide that you want to save the search. Search By MLS Number 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Click on Search by MLS Number. 3. 23 Creating Searches for Clients by creating a saved search, you will keep your clients happy and up-to-date by ing them the newest listed properties automatically. 1. If your client is not yet in your system, select option 1. If your client is in your system as a contact, select option Click Next. 3. Assuming you chose option 2; in the list of contacts, select the contact you are creating the search for 4. Select the MLS board you are licensed with, to create the search in (This step is skipped if you are licensed with only one MLS) 5. Begin your search by creating a Search Name Example; Wendy s San Jose Search, San Jose 2bed/2bth, or South Bay Listings Search Note You can put your notes about this client and search in here. Some examples; where you met your client, their property interests, areas they showed interest in. Reverse Prospector Participation A reverse search option that is disabled by default (detailed information found on pg 26). 24 6. Click the Search Criteria tab to move on to step 2 of Enter in the information as required 8. You can also enter in advanced search criteria by clicking the Advanced tab. 9. 26 Agent/Client Views Agent Copy ( alerts) You will receive an agent copy ; which will contain the properties sent to your clients. When you view the property details in the agent copy, you will see; private remarks/comments lockbox/showing information, full listing agent information, as well as property details that are kept private from your client. This will be sent to the address you have placed on your profile of the system. Client Copy ( alerts) Your client will receive a client copy ; which will contain the properties sent to your clients, as well as your agent photo, company logo, and contact details. When your clients view the property details in the client copy, they will see; general information, details, features, and photos of the property. 27 Generate and Review CMA Reports this function will generate a full, MS Word CMA document which automatically calculates; comparables, statistics and inserts cover pages, resume pages. Your system makes creating a CMA package easy & hassle free. The generated reports can be modified to add or remove information. The final reports can then be printed and ed for your clients. To Generate a CMA 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Click on CMA Report. 3. Click on Create CMA Enter the criteria in the search fields as required. Click on Search. 4. In the generated matches of properties Select properties to use in the report by placing a check mark next to each. Click on Save. 5. View the summary of the chosen properties. Click on Next. 6. Create a page for subject summary (for a home that is not on MLS). Click on Save BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 24

28 7. Select the report pages that you would like to include in your final report Click on Save. 8. You may select a current contact from your drop down list, or manually enter in their name and address which will show on the final report. Click Generate Report. Click save or open. After saving, you may edit, , and print the report. To Review List of CMA S 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Click on CMA Report here you can review a list of CMA reports that you have previously created in e-agents. 3. 29 Reverse Prospector Reverse Prospector allows you to quickly find a potential buyer from the accounts of thousands of agents using Baynet's alerting products that have an active search looking for your seller's property! The Reverse Prospector will find buyers with a price range that is 5% below or above the price range you enter. The Bedroom and Bathroom fields are MAXIMUM values, so the search will not match results higher than the specified number of Beds/Baths. On pg 22: Creating searches You came across a field to participate your client in reverse prospector. If you decided to enroll your clients in this feature, an agent with e-agents can also create a reverse search, and find your name on the list. Creating a Reverse Search 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Hover over Search. 3. Click on Reverse Prospector. 4. Fill in all required fields to see matching agents with potential buyers 5. 30 6. On the list of agents, feel free to save their contact phone numbers. On this page, please select the agents you would like to contact by placing a check mark next to their name 7. Once you have selected the agents to contact, fill out the provided form below after selecting the agents you want to contact (scroll to the very bottom of the page to find this form) IMPORTANT! In order to correctly use these results to their full potential for yourself and the agent(s) you are contacting - please fill out the provided form after selecting the agents you want to contact. This is critical because our system will tell the buyer agent which particular client(s) match your request. This will not happen if you just call them or them separately. IDX Search Setup Your IDX search system can be linked from your web site and provides a convenient way for your visitors to conduct MLS searches in real time. Although IDX databases are usually updated daily, the IDX related MLS rules allow us to provide listings immediately you re your submission of a search. We have to provide listing agent information on every property page. You can only link IDX searches of MLS boards, in which you belong to and of which you completed the related IDX contract form. 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Hover over Settings. 3. Click on IDX Search Setup BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 27

31 4. Select the proper MLS board to see the related information, forms and configuration options 5. Please download the document (PDF format) as required, and print the form. 6. Once the form has been filled out, fax the form to us at (408) We must send it to the MLS board for approval, and will contact you once your IDX link has been approved. Managing Your Alert Profile Section allows you to manage where your agent copy s go, and which copies you d like to receive. You can also manage your SMS/TXT alerts (optional), and manage your client alerts. 1. Start by clicking the MLS Search tab. 2. Hover over Settings. 3. Click on Alert Profile. 4. Begin at the Alert tab It s best to keep the settings on the default, but if you decide to make any modifications: Enter in the proper address that you would like to receive your alerts at. If you un-check Turn on alert notifications you will stop receiving all s sent to you via the system; agent copies for ALL client searches, daily client activity report , level of interest s, etc If you un-check Send me HTML notifications you will receive all s from the system in TEXT format (black and white). 5. Click on the SMS/Pager tab If you d like to receive notifications via your mobile phone or pager; check-mark Send notifications to mobile phone/pager to activate this feature. To be notified when someone tries to contact you, or requests property info via your website, check-mark Notify me on new leads from my website. Select your wireless carrier from the drop down menu. Enter your mobile phone number with no dashes or spaces (example; ) If using a pager you must enter in your PIN code BayNet World, Inc., e-agents Users Guide (Ed. 1) 28

32 6. Click on the Client Copy Template tab Modify the greeting that is sent to your clients on their New Listings . The subject will be sent as New Listings. You can delete the subject, and enter your own (example; New properties I ve found for you! ) The header will be your greeting before the properties. The footer can be edited to have your contact information. 7. Click on the Weekly Follow up Message tab Modify the message to your own personal message for the weekly follow up. 8. When you re done, don t forget to click SAVE! 33 My Website : Manage Your Website Here you can manage the template, navigation links, listings gallery, etc Change the way your website home page looks, and changing the look of your website weekly can be done in less than 5 minutes. Website Translation Feature On your website footer, there is a feature that allows visitors to translate your entire site to a language of their choice. 35 Manage Navigation Links Here you can add, remove, edit and re-order the navigation links shown on your website. 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Hover over Site Settings. 3. Click on Navigation Links. 4. Links are separated by sections in which they fall under: Changing Link Order 1. Click the link you would like to move. 2. Holds down your PC mouse left click on the link. 3. DRAG it in-between the two links you would like to move it to, and then drop. 4. 36 Modifying Link Pages 1. Click on the link you would like to modify. 2. The page will refresh; wait until you see the following options Change the link name Display it on your website, yes or no. Menu Place Hold a slot for a page that is under construction. If you want to create a page from scratch, select Custom Content. If you want to link another website as a link, enter in the full URL. When you have selected the widget, click the add button below it: Keywords & Description The information typed in this section, will show up on search engines like this: 1. Title The title of your website. 2. Keywords - Including keywords on the main page can help your site be found more easily. A keyword is any term or phrase that a person types into a search engine to find what they are looking for. Simply put, Search Engine Optimization (or SEO) is achieved by adding key words and phrases to your site so that search engine spiders (or programs) find and catalog them for future use. 3. 38 Managing Your Free Reports List 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Hover over Site Settings. 3. Click on Free Reports List. 4. You may change the order number of how the reports show, by changing the numeric number. 5. Decide which reports are available to show on your site by checking or un-checking them under Show. Adding More Reports 1. You will see this form at the bottom; 2. Type in a Report Name, which will show as typed in the list. 3. Select a document by clicking Browse. 4. 39 Listings & Gallery Showcase your Featured, Sold, Pending, and Exclusive Listings. Your listings are updated automatically; keeping your site visitors and clients up to date. Edit Your Listing Details 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Hover over Listings & Gallery. 3. Click on Manage Listings. 4. Under Action click the EDIT icon on the property you would like to edit. 5. Here you can edit the property s general information. Features Click this tab to add or remove features. Description Click this tab to edit or add a description of the property. Example: This beautiful home on California Avenue is a MUST SEE! All new carpeting with marble countertops in both the kitchen and the bathrooms! This is a 5 star kitchen, with the top of the line appliances, perfect for that special cook. 40 Managing Your Listings 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Hover over Listings & Gallery. 3. Click on Manage Listings 4. You can change the order in which the listings will show by changing the numeric value under Order. 5. You can choose to show or not show the listing by adding or removing the check mark on Show. 6. Decide to enter the listing in the Featured Listings gallery or the Open House or Sold gallery. 7. Create an EXCLUSIVE LISTING by clicking the Exclusive Listing Button. 8. Show a listing that is not listed with you on your site; just select your MLS, enter the MLS number. The system does the rest in gathering the details of that property. Managing Your Galleries 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Hover over Listings & Gallery. 3. Click on Manage Galleries 4. Change the order of how listings show in each category. Example: Sort 1 can choose descend by city, sort 2 can choose to descend the price This will sort the city in alphabetical order first, and then apply the pricing sort. 5. 41 Purchasing a Domain Name We recommend you purchase a to link your new website to! You can purchase one through your system. If you already have one purchased (through a different provider) the steps below do not apply. You can call us at (408) or us at support@baynet.com to transfer or re-point your existing domain name. 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Click on Buy a Domain 3. Type the domain name of your choice. 4. Select a.com,.net,.org etc from the drop down menu. 5. Click on Search to determine the domain name availability. 6. If it is available, please continue. If it is not available you can either; select an alternative from the list of options, or re-type a new domain name & search. 7. Enter in your payment information when prompted. 8. 42 Website Statistics The statistics will only show the number of hits to a page on your site. This hit counter does not retrieve visitor information, I.P. addresses, locations etc The counter only reflects the number of times someone has clicked on a specific link. This counter does not provide information on forms that have been filled out and submitted by visitors. 1. Start by clicking the My Website tab. 2. Click on Website Statistics 3. 44 Marketing/CRM Tools Tab eflyers can be ed through this feature, as well as; drip marketing campaigns and newsletters. We offer templates you can select to use with your s and give you the option to insert your own template. Sending out your eflyer 1. Start by clicking the Marketing/CRM Tools tab. 2. Click on eflyer Management 3. On this page, click on Add to create a new eflyer (or select the edit option to resend a previously made flyer). 4. Select the method that will define an area to target s to brokers and agents. Select by; State, Zip Code, Area Code, City/County or Proximity (you may only select one method per flyer) 5. When you select your method, enter in the criteria it asks for. If you select PROXIMITY; it will ask for the zip code and the radius from the zip code. The radius selection goes up to 50miles. 45 6. You can now select your targeted cities (select more than one by holding down CTRL as you select them). Once you have selected the cities, click on the >> button to add them to the Selected Cities menu. 7. Once the cities have been selected, the package size and cost will be calculated for you below: Once the size and price of the package is calculated, verify the information given. If it is OK, you can move on the next step. 8. Select the flyer you want to Marketing for your listing, an article/greeting from the Library Article, or start with a custom blank page: Insert a Banner if you are prompted for one (select one from the suggestion menu if you need some ideas!). Select the maximum number of additional photos to go on the flyer (incase your listing has 20+ photos, you may just want to show 2 additional). Lastly, search for your listing by entering any part of the address, city, state, zip, or just the MLS number. 9. Click on Search, which will populate all property matches on your site. 10. Click on Select of the matching property. 11. 47 Newsletter Management 1. Start by clicking the Marketing/CRM Tools tab. 2. Click on Manage Newsletters 3. You will then see your list of past newsletters (or no list if it is your first newsletter): 4. Click on New Newsletter to create one, or click Edit on a past newsletter. 5. The edit/compose page will load: 6. Type in the subject for your newsletter; which is also the subject of the received by your recipients. 7. Click on Select Library Article to use a pre-made article. 8. If you would like to type your own newsletter, bypass the library article option and begin typing in the edit window. 9. Set your newsletter Schedule for when you would like it to send. 10. Select your recipients by Available Groups or Available Contacts 11. Send yourself a preview of the newsletter by clicking Send Preview (the it will send to is the one you have in your profile section). 12. 48 Manage Drip Campaign 1. Start by clicking the Marketing/CRM Tools tab. 2. Select Drip Campaign 3. You will then see your list of past campaigns (or no list if it is your first campaign): 4. Click on Setup New Drip Campaign to create one, or click Edit on a past campaign. 5. The create campaign page will load: select a campaign template, an existing campaign, or a blank campaign (for the advanced user). If you select the option to use a campaign template; choose your template from the available campaign templates section. 6. Click next to continue. 7.
