Tinsley CEO With more than 40 years of experience, Richard Tinsley is recognized for his professional achievements as a leader in the development of physical therapy contracts for hospitals and clinics. He is credited with creating the first model for management of physical therapy services in hospitals. From the establishment of his first hospital contract in 1965 in Houston, his standards of excellence, quality, and cost effectiveness are benchmarks for the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation services. More than forty years ago, Tinsley recognized the need to provide hospitals with fully staffed and reliably profitable therapy departments. With his first hospital contract in the renowned Houston Medical Center, he began the development of one of the first physical therapy services contracting corporations in America, which became the model for similar companies across the nation. Tinsley Physical Therapy Inc. became one of the largest therapy companies in the country. 9 Gene Holloway VP Marketing & Sales Gene was appointed Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Therapy Track LLC in December, His career spans more than 10 years, and he is now responsible for overall strategy development, national sales & marketing for Therapy Track LLC. His areas of focus includes enhancement of state hospital associations, government accounts and academic institutions at a national level. Building client relationships with both hospitals and large systems to increasing brand awareness for Therapy Track s suite of ancillary productivity solutions. Prior to joining Therapy Track, Gene was a consultant for the nation s largest records management company. He was responsible for strategic development of healthcare records management programs in the southwest territory. Earlier in his career Gene served as a senior consultant for the nation s largest physician recruitment firm. He was responsible for driving growth and expanding regional territories and government accounts. His leadership and management skills enable him to develop new territories and train territory executives to increase growth in strategic markets and government sectors of the healthcare industry. After spending 12 years in the United States Marines Corp and US Navy, Gene earned his bachelor s degree in Emergency Administration and Planning from the University of North Texas.
