2 INNOman Database The INNOman Database comprises 7 main modules: Client Database Module Customer Relationship Management Module Framework Program Module Research Project Module Mailing Module Event Module Document Management Module Seite 2

3 Client Database Module Master data set of organisation Name of organisation, address data Contact data: telephone, fax and numbers or web addresses Financial data, trade area, trade associations, participations,... Master data set of contacts First name, surname, gender, title, address data: can be different for employees within the same organisation. Contact data: telephone, fax, numbers or web addresses Classification, i.e. topics of interest Cooperation (existing and planned) with other countries Seite 3

5 Customer Relationship Management Module Contacts to clients are recorded in the so called INFOCENTER Telefon contacts Telefax Messages s Letters Individual Meetings The records are visible for each of the FFG experts - it can be monitored which advice was given to each client. Seite 5

7 Research Project Module One of the main goals of NCPs is supporting researchers to participate in European programs. Information on applications and their success is therefore essential for documenting NCPs work. Information entered in the program-module is used for attributing projects. This information indicates: Which program the project was applied to. Shows which area within the program the project addresses Records when the project was submitted Seite 7

8 Research Project Module Other data fields store information describing the project itself: title acronym project numbers (i.e. proposal number or contract number) date of start and end, duration information about funding (if a project received funding or not) and about the status of the project i.e. in progress or completed data recording project finances (total budget, requested and granted) project abstracts list of all participants including details for the single participant: role in the consortium, share of finances Seite 8

10 Research Project Module For each project is recorded, if it was advised by FFG and in which detail, or it the project was not supported by FFG. This information is used to monitor the success of the NCP work. Seite 10

11 Mailing Module Distributing information material to clients is one of the most essential tasks carried out by each NCP. This information can be RTD related information material itself, newsletters, or invitations to events such as workshops, kick off meetings or brokerage events. It is important that: each client receives the information he/she requires and no client receives information which does not meet his needs In INNOman creating a mailing list is a three step task: Create a mailing (or newsletter or event) Select the recipients Send mails or letters Seite 11

13 Event Module Organizing and managing events are extremely important tasks in the daily life of a NCP. INNOman facilitates these tasks by: Listing the dates of events in a dynamic web based calendar Information for the Website as well as downloads are created dynamically via INNOman Distribution-list can be created and invitations can be sent out Participants lists, badges etc. can be prepared out of INNOman Participant information invited, confirmed to come, attended is stored Seite 13
