2 This document explains how to access and use the web-based MasterQuote to configure the Aspire system. The end result will be a quote of all the components of your configuration at list or dealer net price which can be used as the basis of a customer quote. The purpose of MasterQuote is to assist your sales effort by helping to configure and price an Aspire system. Note that MasterQuote is not intended to be an end user quoting system. However, a MasterQuote quote may be downloaded in a format that can be loaded into MS Word or MS Excel allowing you to prepare a quotation for your customer. A MasterQuote quote is valid for 90 days. How to Access MasterQuote 1. Using your web browser, go to the NEC Information Portal: OR 12/15/2005 Page 2

3 2. If you are not signed up for the NEC Information Portal, go to the above address and click on To request access, please click here to the right of the Login dialog box. Fill out the application form and a user name and password will be assigned to you. This will allow you to access the Information Portal. 3. If you have not already done so, you should add the NEC Information Portal to your Favorites List for easy access in the future. 4. 4 5. Click on Links and then select Web MQ. 6. Web MQ is the web name for MasterQuote. If Web MQ does not appear as a choice in the Links drop down list then it is not in your access profile and you must request access. 12/15/2005 Page 4

5 7. To request access to Web MQ (MasterQuote), click Preferences to display your profile, Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and click on the Change My Profile button. This opens the Registration Form. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Request Web MQ button. Fill in the necessary information in the form that appears and submit the request. Note that your request for Web MQ must be approved by your NEC Account Representative. 12/15/2005 Page 5

6 8. After selecting Web MQ from the Links list, you will be taken to the MasterQuote Main Menu screen. 9. On this screen there are 3 buttons, MasterQuote, MQ Compare and Logoff. Clicking on the MasterQuote button to start your quote. The MQ Compare button is used to compare 2 MasterQuotes which have previously been completed. 12/15/2005 Page 6

7 10. Click on MasterQuote button to continue. This will bring you to the MasterQuote Welcome screen. 11. In the left panel of this screen, you will see some selections which include Masters, Help and Exit. Depending on your MasterQuote access level, other selections may appear. Note the screen name above this list of options in the left panel. Many of the MasterQuote screens look alike. This screen name identifies where you are and helps you navigate the MasterQuote system. 12. MasterQuote is arranged into Masters, Sites and Quotes. It is like a file cabinet where there is a file drawer for each Master (customer or project). Each drawer contains a folder for each job site and each folder may contain one or more quotes for that job site. In MasterQuote there are separate screens for Masters, Job Sites and Quotes. These screens all look alike but the screen name in the left panel identifies which screen is displayed. 12/15/2005 Page 7

8 13. Select Master from the choices in the left panel to display the Master List screen which contains a list of the Masters that you have created. 14. If this is the first time you accessed MasterQuote, the Masters List is empty, Select ADD to create a new Master. 15. If you have some Masters already set up you will see those and will have additional choices. You can now either add a new Master or select an existing Master. You may either click on JobSite to open the Job Site screen for the selected Master or click ADD to set up a new Master. 12/15/2005 Page 8

9 16. Selecting ADD opens a screen for you to add a Master to your list. The required entries are Name, Address, City, State and Zip. Your contact name and telephone number are optional entries. 17. The information you enter here will appear on the Masters List and headings of your completed quote. Only your NEC Account Manager have access to your quotes so coded entries are not required unless this is how you keep track of your individual customers. 18. Once you have entered the Master information and clicked on Add Master, you will advance to the next screen which is for a Job Site. The Job Site is the installation location for the quote or quotes you will be generating. 19. Keeping the filing cabinet in mind: The file drawer is the Master Information and the folder or folders in that drawer are the Job Sites and the folders containing the quotes. 20. Because you are creating a new Master the Job Site screen is empty. Select ADD to create a new Job Site. 12/15/2005 Page 9

10 21. As with the Master List, the required entries are site name, street address, city, state and zip. For a customer with only one site the information entered in the Adding a Master screen will be the same as the Job Site screen. 22. For a customer with multiple sites, the information entered on this screen will be site specific. Multiple Job Sites, each reflecting a different address, can be added to a single Master. This is especially beneficial when you need to develop multiple quotes with different proposed configurations for a site. 23. Although contact name and phone number are optional, if you are quoting a customer with multiple sites each with a different contact name and number, you may want to add the information here. 24. Enter the location information and press ADD Job Site to advance to the next screen. 25. Because you are creating a new Job Site, this screen will be empty. To add a Quote to the Job Site, click on ADD. 12/15/2005 Page 10

11 26. On the next screen you will select the system to quote. Click on the Aspire radio button and then click on the Select button. 27. After pressing Select you will advance to the main Aspire quote screen. At the top left corner of the screen is the name of the system to be quoted. You will also notice in the upper left hand corner of the left panel there is a MasterQuote number which is automatically assigned. The number starts with MQ and is followed by the Master number, the Job Site number and the Quote number. 28. The hardware and software components of the Aspire system are arranged in the categories shown in the left panel of this screen. Each category includes components for both Aspire and Aspire S systems The categories include the following: CPU this includes CPU options and system software. The Aspire S bundles with 2e voice mail are also in this category. 12/15/2005 Page 11

12 Station Card - for choosing analog or digital station cards Analog - for choosing analog trunks and analog telephones Digital - for choosing digital trunks, digital telephones and miscellaneous digital terminal accessories. Cordless Accessories (Cordless telephones are in the Analog category) Voice Mail - for choosing internal voice mail and voice mail options IP contains 2 sub-categories, IP Terminals and VoIP Interface Equipment which includes VoIP cards and VoIP bundles Head Sets - for choosing from the multitude of NEC headsets Documentation - for Brochures, User Guides, etc. indepth the MIS ACD tracking and reporting software packages Message on Hold Call Analyst Call Accounting software packages Wireless for configuring the Aspire Wireless telephones and options Configure Quote the final step for configuring a quote. This screen also contains Platform Selection, KSU options, cables and dealer discount. 29. You may enter information for these categories in any order and bypass those which are not needed. 30. When a category is selected, a small white triangle appears next to the category name in the left panel. This indicates the category that is displayed in the right panel. 31. When information is added to a category, a blue check mark is placed next to the category name in the left panel to indicate that it contains data. 12/15/2005 Page 12

13 32. Click on CPU to enter information for this category. 33. This window has 2 types of data entry methods used by MasterQuote, a drop down list and check boxes. The default in the drop down list is NONE because no CPU needs to be specified for Aspire S. Click on the small triangle next to this box to display a list of other CPU options. You may choose either 64 Port CPU or 256 Port CPU. Note that MasterQuote will be checking throughout the quote to make sure that you do not exceed the capacity of the selected CPU. 34. Check the YES boxes for the feature upgrade PAL, the DSPDBU for additional resources or the Voice Recording Daughterboard. Note that the DSPDBU is required when using the Voice Recording Daughterboard so it will automatically be added when that is selected. In this case you need not check YES for the DSPDB. 35. In MasterQuote each category and subcategory has an associated number such as the 10 in the figure above. Each category window is identified by the category number and a decimal point followed by 2 zeroes. The questions of a category use the category number and decimal point plus a 2 digit entry number. For example, the question for the CPU selection is These numbers are used to keep track of category questions and answers. If you find any problems with a part of the quote you can write down the number and tell us, or, you can save the problem quote, write down the MQ number and tell us. 36. The Help Button?? indicates that there is help information available for the question. 12/15/2005 Page 13

14 When you click on the window.?? button a help message will be displayed in a new Note the category/question number as described above which are used to identify each help item. Selection buttons at the top left of this window allow you to print the information displayed or exit and close the Help window. 12/15/2005 Page 14

15 37. MasterQuote checks your entries and you may receive error messages during the course of preparing a quote. The message should give you enough information about what the problem is and how you can correct the error. MasterQuote will not guarantee a quote which has an error. Error messages that appear when exiting a category screen can usually be overridden by selecting a category. Error messages that appear when you select Configure Quote cannot be overridden. These type errors must be corrected before you are allowed to complete the configuration. 38. Note the Tag = CPU in red. This indicates the category where MasterQuote believes the error occurred. Some error messages contain a Return to Question button to return you to that category window. Click on the Return to Question button or select a category and make the correction. 39. Before moving on to the next screen some explanation is helpful regarding how MasterQuote actually uses the information you enter to configure a system. Wired & Equipped a) MasterQuote allows you to pre-wire station and trunk ports by entering data in 2 different fields. An entry marked Equip is for the cards you want to use at the time of installation. b) The entry marked Wired will outfit the system with the common equipment (KSU, CPU, Power Supply) based on the Wired entries but will not include the additional trunk/station cards in the quote. c) When you input a number in the Equip box you will notice that the Wired entry will automatically be filled with the same value. You can increase the Wired value if you want to include pre-wired station or trunks. Note that the Wired value MUST ALWAYS be equal to or larger than the Equip value. 12/15/2005 Page 15

16 Bay face a) One of the features of MasterQuote is that at the end of the Quote, a schematic of the KSU and card cage is provided which shows the placement of the cards selected in the quote. b) Card placement will show Power Supplies, CPUs, Station, Trunk and Optional Cards. When you have pre-wired ports, the card name will be identified with a # sign. c) MasterQuote will automatically add a second cabinet and Expansion Interface Kit if required by the Aspire system based on the Wired values. For example if more than 8 cards are configured, the system will automatically add a second cabinet and the expansion kit. Power supplies will be added as required. d) The Bay face will lay out the cards in this order: Digital Station Cards Analog Station Cards Voice Mail Analog CO Cards Digital CO Cards e) The Digital Station Cards, Analog Station Cards, VoIP cards, SHUBU and other optional cards will be spread evenly between cabinets based on slot availability. f) The Bay face layout will use abbreviations for the cards which are installed. The cards and abbreviations are shown in the following table. Please note that the Bay Face will show cards with on-board options, such as the 64CPU with a PAL upgrade or an 8 SLIU with an 8SLIDB added. 18 4SLIS IP1NA-4SLIU-S1 8ESIS IP1NA-8ESIU-S1 Power Factors a) MasterQuote will automatically choose the correct number of cabinets and power supplies based on the telephone and PCB power factors for Wired units specified. b) The power factor calculation is based on the placement of the cards as shown in the Bay face. The MasterQuote card placement may not be optimal. When more than 1 cabinet is called for, it may be possible for you to configure the system with fewer power supplies by re-arranging the card location between cabinets. MasterQuote Run Errors a) You may receive a MasterQuote Run Error. This type error indicates a problem in the MasterQuote software and is not correctable with a data entry adjustment. b) This type error message will be automatically sent to the MasterQuote department for correction. 12/15/2005 Page 18

19 40. Click on Station Card Category 41. Because station cards are available as single cards and as a circuit card with daughterboard, the Station Card window columns represent the number of ports that can be installed per card slot. Digital Stations are on a single card (32EISU, 16EISU, 8EISU). Analog Station cards have a base card and a daughterboard. For Aspire this is the 8SLIU plus 8SLDB that provide 16 ports in a single slot. The Aspire S has the 4SLIU and 4SLDB which give 8 ports per slot. MasterQuote will install station cards and daughterboards as needed. Not all size cards are available for both the Aspire and Aspire S systems. For information about which cards are supported by which system, click on the Help button (with the question mark) next to a question. 42. Enter the number of ports for both the digital and analog station cards. Place your entries in the column for the size card that you need. You select the size card to be used in the system. As an example for the Aspire system, if you needed 38 digital station ports you could enter 38 in the 32 Port column which would configure 2 of the 32 port station cards for a total of 64 ports. On the other hand you could enter 32 in the 32 port column and 8 in the 8 Port column which would configure 1 of the 32 Port cards and 1 of the 8 Port cards for a total of 40 station ports. 43. Enter the number of station ports needed, NOT the number of cards. Enter the number of Equipped and Wired ports needed at the site and do not consider any ports that may be part of a package or bundle. MasterQuote will use the ports in any selected package or bundle before adding more cards. For example, if you had selected the Aspire S platform and entered 15 in the 8 Port column for Digital Station cards, MasterQuote would subtract the 8 ports included in the Aspire S KSU from the 15 ports entered and then add 1 of the 8 Port Digital Station cards yielding a total of 16 digital station ports. 44. If an entry is made for a station card that is not supported by the selected telephone system platform (for example, a 32 port station card on an Aspire S 12/15/2005 Page 19

20 system) MasterQuote will display a message telling you that the card is not supported on Aspire S. 45. If the stations cards configured for your entries exceeds the capacity of the selected CPU or platform, MasterQuote will display an error message. 46. Now click on the Analog category 47. The Analog category has 2 sub categories, Analog Trunks and Analog Telephones, each in its own window 48. In the Analog Trunk window, each column represents the number of ports per trunk card. There are no daughterboards for trunk cards. Enter the number of analog trunks in the Equip and Wired boxes. Enter the number of trunk circuits needed, not the quantity of trunk cards. 49. Note that Ground Start and E&M trunks are not supported on the Aspire S system. Not all size trunk cards are supported on both the Aspire and Aspire S systems. For information about supported cards click on the Help button next to a question. 50. In the Analog Telephone window, enter the number of Soft White and Black analog single line telephones desired. 51. Enter the number of packs of 25 Desi strips for each type telephone in the box for the color you want. 12/15/2005 Page 20

21 52. Click on the next menu choice: Digital. 53. Digital has 3 sub categories, Digital Trunks, Digital Telephones and Digital Telephone Accessories each in its own window. 54. Enter the number of PRI Channels in the Equipped and Wired boxes. The system will select PRI cards based on 23 channels per card. 55. Next enter the number of T1 Channels in the Equipped and Wired boxes. T1 cards will be calculated with 24 channels per card. 56. In actuality the same circuit board is used for both PRI and T1 but because the channels cannot be mixed on a single card we need multiple cards when both PRI and T1 are used. 57. For the BRI there are 2 circuit, 4 circuit and 8 circuit cards available. Enter the number of Equipped and Wired BRI circuits for each size BRI card needed. 58. Note that Aspire S does not support Digital Trunks (PRI, T1 or BRI). 12/15/2005 Page 21

22 59. In the Digital Telephone window, enter the quantities of Soft White and Black Aspire Telephones needed. 60. Enter the quantity of Desi labels for the type telephone, each in packages of Enter the quantity of Single Line and Page/Doorbox adapters. Keep in mind that each of these adapters use a digital station port. 62. In the Digital Telephone Accessories window, enter the number of station adapter modules for the site. 12/15/2005 Page 22

23 63. Some station adapter modules require an AC power adapter to operate. MasterQuote will automatically add 1 AC adapter per module as needed. 64. The next Category is Cordless Accessories 65. This is where you enter the accessories for the Cordless II and Cordless Lite II digital cordless telephones. The cordless telephones are ordered in the Digital Telephone Category. Enter the quantity of each accessory needed. 12/15/2005 Page 23

24 66. Click on the next category: Voice Mail 67. Check off the yes box for the type of voice mail and voice mail options desired. 68. MasterQuote will allow you to select only 1 Aspir card per system. It also checks the daughterboard to insure it will work with the card selected. An error message is displayed if a problem is detected. 69. IntraMail voice mail is not supported on all systems. MasterQuote will not permit you to order an IntraMail card for a system that does not support it. 12/15/2005 Page 24

25 70. Click on the next menu item: IP 71. The IP Category has 2 sub categories, IP Terminals and IP Interface Equipment. 72. In the IP Terminal window, enter the number of Aspire IP Phones, H.323 IP Terminals, IP Softphones and the various optional IP accessories, adapters and power supplies. The Desi sheets for the Aspire IP Phone are the same as the Aspire 34 Button Display telephone. If you wish to order Desi sheets for the Aspire IP Phone, they will be found in the Digital Category. 73. Since the Aspire IP Phone, IP Adapter and the H.323 Terminal can be powered over the Ethernet, the AC adapter is not included in the quote. So if you plan to use AC adapters to power IP telephones and modules, you must enter the quantity needed. 12/15/2005 Page 25

26 74. Scroll down to the window for IP Equipment (Interface Cards) 75. In the IP Equipment window, enter the number of IP channels needed for trunks, stations and both trunks and stations in the appropriate column. Aspire can program the IP circuits to be IP trunks, IP stations or both trunks and stations. When Networking Aspire systems over IP, enter the number of channels in the Station column. 76. IP trunk circuits entered will be used when calculating max system trunk capacity and IP stations will count towards the max station capacity. The entry for Both will be counted as both trunk and station ports when calculating system capacity. 77. Enter the total number of IP circuits required by the system. Do not include the IP circuits in any bundles selected. MasterQuote will use the IP ports in selected bundles before adding more IP cards. 78. There is no one-to-one relationship between IP station circuits and IP terminals. It is permissible to have more IP terminals than IP station circuits. Refer to the Aspire manual for more information about configuring IP circuits and terminals. 79. There are a variety of VoIP Bundles available for both the Aspire and Aspire S systems. These combine a BlueFire Router with Aspire IP Interface card or Aspire telephones. Enter the number of bundles needed. 80. Enter the number of Switching Hub SHUBU cards needed. Each card supports 8 ports. The Aspire system supports 4 SHUBU cards per cabinet and 8 per system. The SHUBU card is not supported by the Aspire S system. 12/15/2005 Page 26

27 81. Click on the next menu entry: Head sets 82. Enter the quantities of each type of headset and headset options you need. 12/15/2005 Page 27

28 83. Click on the next menu entry: Documentation 84. Aspire manuals and programming software are contained on the CD you receive with the system. Also, Quick reference guides are included in each telephone box. For additional documentation, enter the needed quantities in the appropriate boxes. 85. The next category is indepth 86. Click on the triangle next to the indepth Software Type list box to display the options. Select the Lite, Full or Plus version that you need 87. Place a check in the YES box if you want to receive the indepth Demo CD. If ordering indepth software this CD is not needed 12/15/2005 Page 28

29 88. Enter the number of Sub Supervisor license needed. 89. Select the number of inview Agent License needed from drop down list. 90. Select YES if you are upgrading indepth from iseries to Aspire 91. Click on the Message on Hold category 92. Check YES for the Message on Hold items needed 93. Click on the CallAnalyst category 94. From the drop down list, select the CallAnalyst software package needed. 95. Check YES for the Lite to Full CallAnalyst Upgrade. 96. Enter the number of license needed for simultaneous access to CallAnalyst data view and report generator from client PCs. 97. For the CallAnalyst Enterprise Server, enter the number of sites from which data is to be collected. This should include the site where the CE server is located. 12/15/2005 Page 29

30 98. Next enter the number of extensions for which call records are to be kept. This should be the total of extensions at all sites. With the number if sites and extensions, MasterQuote will determine which software packages are needed. 99. Enter the number of license needed for CE server clients that will access the data and create reports Enter the number of Site Reporting license needed for converting remote telephone system SMDR output from serial format to an IP format. This can be used for remote telephone systems that do not have an IP connection Click on the Wireless Category 102. From the drop down list select a wireless interface card for 4, 8, or 12 base stations Enter the number of base stations needed. This must no exceed the number of base stations supported by the wireless interface card 104. Enter the number of Handsets (wireless telephones) needed Enter data for the number of supporting equipment and accessories needed Note that Aspire Wireless telephones are not supported on Aspire S You are ready to move onto the final menu item. Before going on, it would be a good idea to review the data that you have entered. 12/15/2005 Page 30

31 108. Click on the last menu item: Configure Quote If the configuration contains any major problems, an error message will be displayed showing all the problems that must be corrected before you will be allowed to continue. The message may contain suggestions about where to correct the problem. Correct these problems and click Configure Quote again. When there are no errors, the screen below will be displayed Window has questions about the 19 rack mount bracket for the Aspire system and the Floor/Desk Stand for the Aspire S system Also in window there is a YES box for Use Installation Cables. If you check YES, MasterQuote will calculate the number of cables needed and include them on the quote. Please note that MasterQuote will configure installation cables for CO cards, then for Station cards and then add them together Window also has an entry for additional installation cables. Any quantity entered here will be added to those calculated by the system if you checked YES for Use Installation Cables Window shows system configuration information for both the Aspire and Aspire S systems that includes the numbers of KSUs and how many slots used and available in both the Equipped and Wired quotes. NA (Not Available) will appear in this area in the case where the data entered disqualifies either of the systems You must select a platform from the drop down list to complete the configuration. To see why a system is na (not available), select the 12/15/2005 Page 31

32 disqualified system in the Platform drop down list and click Continue Config. This will display the reasons for disqualifying the system Window 200 is where you enter your dealer discount, additional discounts, optional 5 year warranty and whether to show the Bay Face layout on the quote The Distributor Discount Percentage should be entered as a whole number. If your discount is 17%, enter 17, not The number you enter should be your normal dealer discount. When entering the order, your normal discounts will apply. The discount entered in MasterQuote is not used by the order entry system An additional 5% discount for Municipal or Not-for-Profit sales is available. Click on the box to add a check mark to apply this discount to the quote The Extended System Protection Plan is the 5 year warranty. It will be applied to all parts with a 5 year warranty availability The Include Bayface layout is checked Yes by default. Uncheck it if you do not wish to see the Bayface layout When the questions on this screen have been answered, click on the Continue Config button. MasterQuote makes a final check and may display an error message for such things as No Platform Selected or No CPU Selected for Aspire. 12/15/2005 Page 32

33 121. If there are no errors, the Select Quote Status screen appears Select the Quote status. If this is the first configuration for the customer, or you are testing the pricing waters, use Budgetary as the status. If you are going to propose the quoted system to the user, click on Proposed. If you are forecasting a sale, click on Forecast. Default is Forecast. The selected item will appear with a green background Next select Government or Non/Government by clicking on the appropriate button. Non/Government is the default Enter any notes about this quote. Because you may be creating several quotes for this customer the comments should be used to enter quick reference information such as PRI or analog trunks. This information will show in the comments column in the quote list by job site. 12/15/2005 Page 33

35 127. To view the complete quote, select Quote from the menu The quote will contain the MasterQuote number. The quote is divided into to List Price parts and Net Price parts. 37 131. Scrolling further down the page you will see the Bayface for the Aspire system configured by this quote. For each cabinet it shows you which cards are used and where they are placed. 38 133. Scrolling even further you will see the MasterQuote summary screen. This shows all the items which are in MasterQuote, and then shows what you have chosen You can print all the information, from the quote through the summary by clicking the Print button on the menu Clicking on Exit will bring you back to the Quote Summary screen. 12/15/2005 Page 38

39 136. The last part of MasterQuote to cover is the piece parts. From the Quote Summary screen click on the Piece Parts button on the menu This screen is where you can add additional parts, such as extra telephones. It shows you a list of parts existing on the current quote, along with the quantities selected You can add to the existing quantities by clicking in the Qty column to the left of the part you want to add and entering the new quantity. These parts are not counted towards system limitations and may be added freely. 12/15/2005 Page 39

40 139. After entering a quantity the original MasterQuote quantity will be shown in the Orig. Qty column and the new quantity will be in the Qty column. 12/15/2005 Page 40

41 140. To add a part which is not on the list, click on ADD button in the left panel. This will bring you to the following screen Enter a part number in the marked box in the left panel and click on Locate One of two things will happen: If the part is not piece partable, the Piece Parts box will be empty. This means you cannot add this as a piece part. The part number will show up in the Piece Parts box. 12/15/2005 Page 41

42 143. If the part number shows up, enter the quantity you want in the Qty box. After the quantity is entered, click on Submit The quantity, part number and description now show in the Piece Parts box Enter another part number or Exit. 12/15/2005 Page 42

43 146. Exiting will bring you back to the Piece Parts screen with the quote contents. You will see that the added items are listed with the Orig Qty as 0 and the entered quantity in Qty Click on Exit to return you to the MasterQuote Summary screen 12/15/2005 Page 43

44 148. If you click on the Quote box in the menu you will see the quote. Next to the items you have added you will see an A for quantities added to existing MasterQuote items and an N for new MasterQuote items It is important to note that any additional discounts will not be applied to the added items. 12/15/2005 Page 44

45 150. You have completed the Quote. You can print or exit back to the Summary Screen. You can fax the quote to NEC Customer Service in Shelton, Ct You should NOT use the browser X in the upper right corner of the screen to exit MasterQuote as your data may not have been saved. Use the Exit boxes in the menu section when exiting the MasterQuote From the Summary Screen, clicking on exit will back you through the List of Quotes, Job Sites, and Masters then finally to the Main Menu screen. You will see a big red circle labeled Exit to Menu. Clicking on this will bring you to the MasterQuote Main Menu screen. You can logoff, go back into MasterQuote or run a comparison between 2 quotes To run a comparison, you need the MasterQuote numbers for the two quotes to compare. 12/15/2005 Page 45

46 154. To compare two quotes, click on MQ Compare. Enter the two MasterQuote numbers to be compared. 12/15/2005 Page 46

This will bring you to another screen with 4 choices, one of which you can select a List Type for comparison Additional will show you only the parts that quote 2 has that quote 1 does not Addl & Surplus will show the additional parts in quote 2 and also show the parts in quote 1 which are not in quote 2. These will show as negative numbers Combination will show both quantities Cancel will cancel the compare function and return you to the main menu. 12/15/2005 Page 47
