4 Model INTEGRATION A personalized baseline model integrating customer and SYSPRO software At SYSPRO, we have pre-configured process patterns to support your business. These patterns include Patterns for Usage, Patterns of Functionality and Patterns of Configuration. Along with your business knowledge, we select the patterns which are the best matches for your business and configure them for the perfect match. In this way, we do not start our implementations from scratch, but bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and industry processes to realize your ERP implementation. There are two very basic but compelling reasons to start with a pre-defined model: The models are a reflection of best practice in a particular industry. This is where information that is industry specific can be added. Although the system might have, for example, procurement functionality, the way that procurement takes place in Manufacturing, Mining, Construction or Financial Services will be modelled differently.
