1 Application Form The Holy Trinity Centennial Scholarship Trust is a charity organized for the purpose of providing scholarship aid to persons actively involved in or committed to future participation in the ministry, lay or ordained, of the Episcopal Church or within the Anglican Communion, so that such persons may initiate, develop, or complete a program of study and preparation leading to such a ministry. Applicants seeking funding to pursue an academic course of study must submit transcripts of previous coursework with this application, and such recipients will be required to submit official transcripts during each year of scholarship support. All recipients are required to submit status reports during the course of their study and a final report at the conclusion of the scholarship period. Any recipient who elects not to pursue a proposed course of study leading to the ministry outlined in the application will be required to reimburse the Trust for scholarship funds not expended as proposed.
