1 Council 6930 is pleased to offer scholarships to active members of Our Lady of Lourdes or active members of a church if you are already in college. Candidate will be or is attending college or technical school next year. These scholarships will be awarded based on the student s involvement in Church and Community activities, and their commitment to Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism, the guiding principles of the Knights of Columbus. Scholarship recipient(s) will be announced at the conclusion of the 11:00 AM Mass on Sunday, May 22, 2016 and be listed in the weekly bulletin. Students receiving scholarships will need to confirm which school they are attending.

2 Any questions about this application should be directed via to Requirements for Application The applicant must consider themselves Catholic and be an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish, Whitehouse Station or an active member at a parish when you are attending school. The applicant must be accepted for the Fall Semester 2016 as a FULL- TIME student (minimum of 12 hours / semester) prior to receiving the scholarship. V 2.2 Page 2
