1 PUBLIC NOTICE THE ORANGE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL COURT SESSION ON MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2014, AT 2:00 P.M., IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE ORANGE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 123 SOUTH SIXTH STREET, ORANGE, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES TO-WIT: SPECIAL COURT SESSION 2:00 P.M. STATE BEGINNING AND ENDING TIME OF SPECIAL COURT SESSION P.M. P.M. INVOCATION: Approve minutes of the Special Court Session held January 21, 2014, as circulated. 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the Orange County Commissioners Court issuing a Resolution appointing Carl K. Thibodeaux, Orange County Judge, as the director of the Corporation for Orange County, Texas in regards to the Gulf Coast Community Protection and Recovery District, Inc. (Carl K. Thibodeaux, Orange County Judge) 2. Discussion and possible action allowing County Treasurer to authorize payment for the remaining balance of the tax and revenue anticipation note. (Christy Khoury, County Treasurer) 3. Discussion and possible action regarding payment of bills approved by the County Auditor as per attested listings and also specifically as follows: (Mary Johnson, County Auditor) 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the Line Item Transfers as follows: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND CODE COMPLIANCE From: (Travel Education).
