10 The ASC and PHI ASC s Aviation Support Services (On-Ice): Supplies the Rotary Wing Coordinator (and assistant), who: Write (and re-write) and ensure execution of the daily Helo flight schedule Provides for the Helo facilities construction and maintenance Maintains the Helo hangar Maintains the Helo pad and associated pad gear Operates/maintains the fueling system at the Helo pad to deliver fuel to the Helos Clear and bright

11 The ASC and PHI (cont d) ASC s Aviation Support Requirements (Off Ice): Articulates with OPP re requirements vs. resources planning Liaises with various other Program elements in identifying out-year support requirements to meet OPP obligations Attends OPP Aviation Programs Mgr s annual Program Management Review meetings in Ballston and/or Boise, Id.

17 The ASC and KBAL ASC provides for the following F/W support services (On-Ice): F/W coordination: i.e., Writing and executing daily flight schedule Aircraft fueling operations Facilities construction and runway ( hotel services for KBAL people/aircraft at the runway) Runway & ramp construction and maintenance (to include runway marking)

18 The ASC and KBAL (cont d) ASC provides for the following F/W support services (Off-Ice): Recommendation on resource loading based on OPP project commitments Articulation with OPP Aviation Programs Manager to ensure aviation support requirements are within budget and executable Liaises with various other Program elements in identifying out-year support requirements to meet OPP obligations Attends OPP Aviation Programs Mgr s annual PMR meetings in Ballston and/or Boise, Id.
