2 Set Up Shop with SiteBuilder Big Rock SiteBuilder takes the complexity out of establishing your online storefront and allows you to get an ecommerce website up and running quickly and easily. Powered by SmartEtailing, SiteBuilder provides unlimited customer support to guide you through the process of creating and managing your site. Big Rock provides the images and descriptions for products we distribute. You can also add additional products to your website. Pick Your Package The first step to creating your online storefront is picking the package that best fits your store. Then simply sign up!

3 2. Choose a Template Use SiteBuilder s simple template system to design your website and have it up and running in as little as hours. SmartEtailing has numerous templates to choose from. Change your design quickly and easily to create a new look for your store and organize your store information and products. 3. Add Content Reach out to your customers by utilizing SmartEtailing s unique and editable content library, or create your own content and publish it to your website. Your website is a great way to market and promote your store, and you can always update it to display the most current and accurate information about your products, services and customers. Post information such as: A map of your store location Bragging board for your customers Specialized services that you provide

Answers to Your Questions What is a part model? A part model is one grouping of a particular product. For example, the Bleeding Shad Rap from Rapala would be one part model. All the variations including size, color, weights, etc. of that model are listed together under a drop-down menu on your website. Only items that have an image will display on your website. What is Big Rock Sync? This is an inventory feed we send to your site which updates the status of the Big Rock warehouse items every 15 minutes. If the product goes out of stock, it will be removed from your website. Once it comes back in stock, it will appear on your website again. Big Rock Sync also updates images and descriptions on a nightly basis so you will always have the most current information for a product. This feature is only available in the Pro package. What is Big Rock fulfillment? Big Rock fulfillment allows you to submit drop-ship orders from your website to Big Rock. We will package the order and send it to your customer. Big Rock fulfillment is only available in the Pro package. Big Rock will ship the order using your UPS or FedEx account number. In order to provide this service, Big Rock Sports charges a handling fee of $6.50 per order (not per item). This fee is charged per warehouse. Big Rock will drop-ship orders from RC, SR and CL. Keep in mind, the types of products in each warehouse are typically based on the region they are in. If you would like to disable or enable warehouses you can do that through the back end of your website. For assistance, contact support@smartetailing.com. What type of shipping providers can I use? The Pro package offers UPS and FedEx shipping options. Big Rock will ship orders to your customers through these two options. Big Rock does not drop-ship orders internationally. 5 Is it possible to get discounted shipping? Yes. Siriani is a free program all Big Rock dealers can sign up for to get a reduced rate for FedEx shipping. Is there an average price for shipping? No. You can set up your own freight calculator within the website. Choose the shipping options you want your customers to select from. Also consider fees that are associated with HAZMAT or oversized items and calculate that into your freight calculator. Check the UPS or FedEx website for more information on these charges. Big Rock will not charge the customer s credit card until the package is ready to be shipped. What Point-of-Sale (POS) systems can integrate with SiteBuilder? Visit this website to see a full listing. What credit card processors work with SiteBuilder? You will need to set up an ecommerce merchant account to sell products online. You will also need a payment gateway, which will help prevent fraudulent charges. SmartEtailing can help you set each of these up and teach you how to spot and prevent fraudulent orders. Can I adjust pricing of the products on my website? Yes. You have two options to adjust pricing. You can adjust the prices on the back end of your SmartEtailing website by choosing High MSRP, Low MSRP or use their markup table. The second option is using Big Rock s retail tools. This allows you to adjust pricing based on margins for categories of product, brands or product categories within the brands. Just follow these steps and submit the file you created to your SmartEtailing representative. Log in at BigRockSports.com Click Acct Admin Click Retail Setup Choose Major category to begin setting prices (You also check a box to only view categories purchased in the last 12 months) Either enter a margin for all brands in that category or choose a specific brand to manage pricing of subcategories Click Acct Admin again Select Preferences Choose Your Retail to have retail prices printed on your invoice and packing slip Choose Dealer Tools Click Point of Sale Data Dump Select the type of report to generate: SiteBuilder (Retail Price Dump) and choose which results you want to include (Fishing, Shooting Sports or only include previously purchased items) and click Build Catalog.

6 Choose Click here to Download. The file can then be uploaded to the back end of the dealer s SmartEtailing website that allows you to upload retails. It is on the same screen as their retail markup table. Once uploaded, you will see the retail pricing as you created it. Any questions regarding the process of uploading the file should be directed to support@smartetailing.com. This can be done as often as you like. It should be done at least two times a year. Can firearms and ammunition be drop-shipped to the end customer? No. We will send these orders to your store and you can have the customer pick them up or you can ship them to another FFL. Are all the Big Rock warehouses included in the inventory feed for the Pro package? No. There are three warehouses you can incorporate into your website: RC, SR and CL. You can choose to have all three included or pick just one or two. Remember, the products in the warehouses are based on the regions they are in. For example, SR will have the most ice fishing products, RC will have the most East Coast fishing and hunting products, etc. How much time per week is required to maintain the website? After the initial setup, which takes 12 to 15 hours, we recommend about two hours of maintenance each week. Can social media be integrated into the website? Yes. It is beneficial for your social media sites and your website to be linked together. Why is content important on my page? You need great content on any webpage to help search engines find you. You will also need to update this content and keep it fresh. Search engines can tell if you have old information on your website and will not recognize your website as a reliable source. Create your own content or utilize SmartEtailing s content library to keep your website current. It includes editable articles, which you can customize to fit your unique store. How do I handle returns? You create your own return policy. If your customer is returning an undamaged product you can either restock it on your shelf or return it to Big Rock. You will receive the credit back to your account and also be charged a 15% restocking fee. We recommend you charge a restocking fee to your customers as well. If the customer is returning a damaged or incorrect product Big Rock will accept the return with no restocking fee and send the customer a shipping label to return the item.
