7 All Forum activities and projects are not described here. These partnerships developed from our pilot years serve as a brief historical overview. Our mission persists to identify, create, implement and support diverse RAP project collaborations among K-12 education, post-secondary institutions, and community organizations. We serve Oklahoma by providing an accessible entry portal to professional educators and academically-based service learning coursework. *Requests for Academic Partnerships (RAP) documents and the step-by-step process to submit a project request are available on The Higher Ed Forum website. The Forum will begin accepting RAPs in March 2014 for AY THE HIGHER ED FORUM OF OKLAHOMA CRITICAL DIALOGUE. COLLECTIVE ACTION.
