Collaborating with System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM), ProgramableFlow can be implemented into a large virtual server environment by offering a simple deployment (Install and Configuration) of Extensible Switch. NEC adapted its storage solutions to System Center 2012 SP1 with SMI-S (Storage Management Initiative Specification). IT managers are able to seamlessly manage NEC storage through the SCVMM GUI. Array discovery, status monitoring, and configuration settings like logical disk creation or assignment of logical disk to VMs can be done through SCVMM.
