2 3.6.1 Identify opportunities to use e-business/it integration to improve supply chain flows Identify the importance of sharing of information as a key enabler between supply chain members and partners, e.g. transfer of point-of-sale and inventory data upstream through the chain Understand that the Internet makes it possible to exchange detailed information quickly and inexpensively [incl.
