3 SPILLPALLETS & DECKS We saw the opportunity and we took it. Our customers have been buying spill containment products for years always with the same wish list of improvements: increased durability and consistency; easier to use and ship; and better attention to quality. So we selected a few of the most typical and widely used products and started over redesigning them with both the end-user and distributor in mind. These enhanced features separate SPC s first generation of spill decks and pallets from the crowd: Solid Construction: All of SPC s spill decks and pallets are manufactured utilizing injection molding ensuring exceptional durability and consistent specifications. Grate Pins: Pins keep the grates in place during use and prevent the walls from bulging prolonging the life of the spill deck and spill pallets. Consistent Lip and Grate Heights: All SPC spill decks and spill pallets are manufactured to the same height to allow uninhibited movement between multiple decks and between 2 and 4-drum pallets. Forklift Friendly: Whether you re in Europe, North America or around the globe, these decks have been engineered to make sure you can easily use your forklift to re-locate your decks or pallets. Interchangeable Grates with Large Openings: These removable grates can be used with both your SPC spill decks and spill pallets (even between 2 and 4-drum pallets). They also feature large openings for easy leak detection and liquid or object removal. Nestable: Remove the grates and stack the decks or pallets within each other for more efficient storage and shipping. 3

4 SPILL DECKS With their 80-liter (21 gallons) capacity, these low profile, 2-drum spill decks are a cost effective means for containing potentially hazardous leaks in your drum storage and dispensing areas. Each modular deck has built-in clips to easily and safely connect multiple decks to create a customized drum storage platform. 5 SPILL PALLETS Whether you are looking to comply with governmental secondary containment regulations or just want the security of knowing your facility is protected, SPC spill pallets offer ample capacity (even if an entire drum empties into the unit). Available in both a 2-drum and 4-drum configuration, the pallets offer up to 510 liters (135 gallons) of containment. Features & Benefits: Both 2-drum and 4-drum spill pallets are the same height - thus allowing for easy transfer of drums from one pallet to the other. Primasorb Pads: Super adsorbent pads which can be placed inside the pallet in order to adsorb eventual leaks and drips. Optional ramp: Works with both the 2-drum and 4-drum spill pallets. Essential for first responders, each compartment can be used for different wash down solutions. Do it yourself installation allows you to create custom barriers specific to your facility s applications. Make-A-Berm s Speed Bump design creates a 5 cm (2 ) high wall that won t impede foot or vehicle traffic.
