We cannot accept responsibility for delays as a result of incorrect information or faulty connections TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE 1 All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the course fees to ensure a place on the course 2 Invoices for tuition fees will be sent with the offer letter where possible, or within a few days 3 All course fees (less deposit) must be paid four weeks prior to the start of the course. Any applications received within four weeks of the start of the course must be accompanied by full payment 4 Any outstanding fees paid on or after the official start date of your course will incur an additional late payment fee of GBP 50 5 All bank charges are the responsibility of the student 6 The University reserves the right to change fees and charges without notice 7 The Language Centre reserves the right to cancel any course which does not recruit a viable number of students. A full refund will be made in this event 8 The Language Centre will endeavour to keep to the published dates, but reserves the right to alter times/dates in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Alternative times/dates will be arranged with students 9 Accommodation and transport costs are the responsibility of the student 10 Attendance is an important part of the course and the Language Centre must be notified of any absences.
