Get Weather Forecasts and Alerts Guardian s security system has the option of providing you current weather and up to six-day weather forecasts displayed on the security control panel screen and keypads. Within the United States, you can also receive alerts from the National Weather Service directly on the security control panel screen if there is an approaching tornado, tsunami or wildfire. Also, be sure to ask about our Geo-Services these can be set up to trigger security system arming reminders and events based on Geo Fence settings and your internet-connected mobile phone location. 3

6 An Enhancement to Your Guardian Security System Guardian VoiceLink Supported by your system s digital cellular communication feature, VoiceLink is a two-way voice feature that allows you or any security system user in your home to speak directly to an emergency operator in Guardian s 24-hour central monitoring station without having to pick up a phone. The service operates in any room where a voice module is located within an effective range of 30 feet. VoiceLink Can Help You Imagine being alone with your child and suddenly taking ill, or, hearing a noise in another part of your home that prompts you to summon help. Having a voice module in the room will allow you or your child to simply press a button on your security system keypad to reach Guardian s central station. The central station can direct police, fire or EMS emergency help to your home. VoiceLink Can Help Responders VoiceLink has the capability to provide additional information to Guardian s central monitoring station operators even if no one is at home. For instance, if an intrusion alarm signal is received from your system, Guardian s emergency operator can listen-in or speak through the voice module to assess the situation and then communicate any findings to first responders such as your local police department.. 4

You can pay your bill online, review your statement, test your system and access other support resources. You can also download your Certificate of Monitoring that may entitle you to receive a discount on your homeowner s insurance Our customer care department offers extended hours for your convenience and is open seven days a week. Router for video camera is not intended for personal use and serves as a wireless access point for Guardian s video camera only. Video camera must be programmed to work in conjunction with the security sensors you designate so that when triggered, the camera will provide footage beginning five seconds before the event and 25 seconds after the event.
