The fresh redesign of the ribbons and the background menu as well as the new 2D icon sets implemented in the application, guarantee exclusive experience while working II Microsoft SharePoint Integration Microsoft SharePoint is the most used application for storing, organizing, sharing and accessing data, with main accent on content and document management. Beside uploading and editing files created in different applications from the Office suite, project managers can create their own project management environment and upload the project plans on Microsoft SharePoint site specially created for that purpose and share it with the team and project s stakeholders.

4 II.1 Connect to the EPM environment Using the SharePoint functionality in Seavus Project Viewer and its Windows credentials, the team member connects to the specified site where the project plan is located and download it. II.2 Import project plans All project plans uploaded on the Microsoft SharePoint environment will be presented in Seavus Project Viewer with all information entered by the project manager. II.3 Import Master project plans By consolidating related projects into a master project, project managers can organize and manage complex projects or multiple related projects more effectively. When opening a master project file from Microsoft SharePoint Server in Seavus Project Viewer, all of its inserted subprojects are loaded as well, providing a more realistic view over the whole set of tasks and their dependencies to the user. III Import projects from Google Drive Google Drive is one of the most popular storage systems for cloud storage, file sharing and collaboration. This means that every company can create their own project management storage tree, where the project files will be uploaded and synchronized. III.1 Connect to the storage system Two step process for connecting to Google Drive makes this feature very user friendly for using for all users, no matter whether they are novice or experts.

5 III.2 Import project plans All project plans uploaded on the Google Drive storage system will be presented in Seavus Project Viewer with all information entered by the project manager. III.3 Import Master project plans When opening a master project file from Microsoft SharePoint Server in Seavus Project Viewer, all of its inserted subprojects are loaded as well, providing a more realistic view over the whole set of tasks and their dependencies to the user. III.4 Offline mode of work Seavus Project Viewer supports the offline mode of work, enabling the users to view and print project files while they are disconnected from the storage system, i.e. to work with local copies from the original files stored on cloud. IV Import projects from SkyDrive SkyDrive is a file hosting service allowing users to upload, synchronize and share their files to cloud storage and access them via Web browser or from their PC. Project plans can be uploaded and synchronized on SkyDrive directly from Microsoft Project, without leaving the application.
