Reporting (online analysis processing, management) All of these will support/ result in an optimized environment with full operations transparency and substantial financial advantage due to the use of this platform. General features of the Application Platform. Accessible through the internet (web-based) and/ or company intranets (citrix etc,).. Optionally available in various languages (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian).. Installation requirements and hardware will (likely) be adjusted to your ICT structure.. Connectivity to (Maximo, SAP, Prima Vera, Vantage, OLAP and KPI tools) are all optionally available.. Turnkey project support (in-house): Consulting with communication, authorization and production flow processes Data Entry (metadata, production) validation Strategic meetings with your management Work floor feedback and confirmation sessions Deployment protocols (ICT) Presentations and instructions, 2days IOP Administrators course. Tryout/ pilot version (9 months) may be ordered as a test-case. Allow for set-up time-period.. Maintenance: customized SLA (Service Level Agreement) and periodical upgrade (policies).. Standardized authorization (who may do what and when) Transparent Priorities Safety Regulations and control (Health, maximum People On Board, lifeboat capacity) Reporting, forecasting and analysis (OLAP, KPI) Lifecycle control (returning projects: periodical maintenance, MOC s) Evaluation/ steering of production workflows Evaluation/ steering of communication protocols Planning and Scheduling Long term: Specify workloads and expertise but resources, companies and logistic specs are often not specified yet (Unspecified resources) Middle term: Workloads and Operational requirements (i.e. ad hoc shutdowns, flight schedules, guest bedding), resources and companies to be determined Short term: workload, resources and companies, guest bedding, flight information (flight no., transfers, shuttles, vantage no.) all specified. One may belong to one or more departments, be a project leader on one or more of projects and have an specific authorization level for the planning (department planner, viewer [contractor login], etc.) Dankers & Frank Page 5 of 17

One may exclude Closed Projects. Specifics of a project are shown in the lower half of the window. You may add a new project, edit or delete or copy an existing one with its planned tasks in it. This is to easily define similar (recurring maintenance) projects with mainly start and end date changes. Dankers & Frank Page 7 of 17

Figure 6: Split Project into MOC777Sp1 Project MOC777 is split up. The remaining part starts at 27/11/2010. It will be shown as a child project below the original one. Figure 7: Request window: Calendar mode view and additional options The Request window where one may specify the activity, its required resources and additional requirements like Shutdown Required, Auto Flight Planning and Guest Bedding. When tagged the application will show the relevant windows to further specify or will plan the flights automatically. Routing sequence is to support transfers from one to other rigs on the same day. Resources:. Either only the capacity (amount) involved or with contractor and individual name specifications.. Choose any period or use predefined periods The Bookings number enables making adaptations to a earlier planned set of activities where only the workload (and contractor) was specified and did not have individual resources attached to it. Figure 8: PlanView: Maximum Capacity Control The capacity block shows the amount of approved People On Board (day and night), the requests for additional POB (based on project tasks), remaining capacity and in case of overloading displayed in red - how many people should be replanned due to HSE requirements. Figure 9: PlanView: Flights and Operational Requirements + Flightnumber Added indicator The Flights section in PlanView shows all flights to and from the platform selected in PlanView. Figure 10: Flight Planning: Resources already active on another platform (will insert a Transfer flight) When resources are already planned on another location one may plan them elsewhere for the same day. It will introduce a transfer flight (T) form the current platform to the next location. Sample above: From TestSatellite to TestP. Figure 11: PlanView: Details on planned heli flight: Flightnumber indicator '15D ' In the PlanView the MouseOver on Flights with the indicator shown shows all resources bonded to the specified flight numbers. Figure 12: ShutDown: set Trigger Activity for SD If an activity requires a shutdown the shutdown may be specified for (any length of) the period where the activities are due. Other activities can be easily rescheduled/ moved to that Shutdown period in order to minimize shutdown time. The trigger activity shows the dependencies when changing the planning (either cancelling shutdown or project activities). Figure 13: Specify necessary guestbedding at location(s) The window shows all platforms with their remaining sleeping capacity. Figure 15: ShutDowns Overview The ShutDown overview may be selected for a specified time period. Selecting a specific shutdown will display the SD in PlanView with all related activities so you may optimize SD lengths and coordinate other activities involved or to be included in the shutdown period.
