16 Administrative Features of fth the System HES Access and Login My Account and My HES Info List of Programs with an Academic Relationship Dashboard and Features HES Instruments All instruments share the following elements: Instrument Program Status Tracking Instrument Navigation Data Submission/Sign-off Data Pre-population 16
17 Who Has Access to the HES for My Program? Three types of authorized users from your academic program have permissions set in the HES, each with a different level of access: HES Signatory Typically the program director and must be identified d by the program Receives notifications and updates about the HES and the instruments Enters or updates data and program responses to instrument questions Identifies editors to contribute to the completion of data entry in HES Sole authority to submit completed instruments by the designated deadline May access all of his/her program s data and confirmation reports within the HES Can access the program s general status page (dashboard) via My HES Info HES Editor Must be identified d by the program director/signatory i t Enters or updates data and program responses to instrument questions May access all of his/her program s data and confirmation reports within the HES Can access the program s general status page (dashboard) via My HES Info Academic Faculty Must be registered user of the ASHA Web site Must have a formal relationship (i.e. faculty, staff, etc.) with the academic program Can access the program s general status page (dashboard) via My HES Info 17
