1 WiFi Access Select HOTEL-NIKKO-MEETING PASSWORD: ucsd Easy Step for Mobile App access for Meeting Registrants Step 1: Go to either your Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Search for UCSD CME. More than likely we will be the only app that appears. Install the app. If you plan on using a laptop or web-browsing device, please visit Step 2: Once the app opens up to the listing of events, scroll up to find Advances in Neonatal and Pediatric Nutrition 2015 and click to download the content of the app. A green bar will appear at the bottom of the event box to show the status of the download. It should finish within seconds if you are connected to WiFi. Once completed, click the event box again to open up to the content. Step 3: a) Click on the Agenda Icon and it will prompt you to sign-in. b) Use the Log-In information that you received in your final confirmation that you received from the CME Program Manager. If you don t know your log-in info, please ask the onsite registration team for assistance. Once you are signed-in, you won't be prompted to provide your credentials again unless you physically log-out of the system. 2 Profile Information Please be sure to update your own personal profile within the mobile app to ensure the information you are sharing with other fellow attendees (if you so choose to) is current. Activity Feed / Notifications

3 Access to Syllabus / Presentation Slides To access the syllabus / presentation slides for each topic, click the Agenda icon, then the specific Presentation Topic (best done by date so that you could follow along as the sessions are happening). Scroll down slight until you see Documents at the bottom of the window. Speaker Evaluations You will be able to provide your speaker feedback immediately after each presentation through the mobile app. Click the Agenda icon, then the specific Presentation Topic (best done by date so that you could follow along as the sessions are happening). Click on Presentation Evaluation provide your feedback/comments. The speaker evaluation will only be available through the mobile app, which could be accessed through a smart device or computer.

4 Connect with Fellow Attendees Click to Instant Message a fellow meeting attendee through the Mobile App. Click to exchange contact information ( , phone #, etc.) with a fellow meeting attendee. Live Polling There will be a couple of sessions that have included some polling questions to get participant interaction during the presentations. If you are following along with the slides during the presentation, you will need to back out of that into the detail page of the session. There you will find the Live Poll topics. Here is an example as to how the poll will look within the mobile app. Once you are done providing your response, the live results of the group will be projected onto the main screen of the meeting room.

5 Event Guide Icons Once you open your activity, you will be presented with 2 or more pages of icons. You should see the number of pages available by the small white dots at the bottom of the page. COURSE DESCRIPTION: This is an overview of the activity. AGENDA: See the full event schedule with session times, room locations, and presentation slides. Tap the "Add to Schedule" icon within your favorite sessions to create a personalized agenda, located in the pullout tab at the top of the event home screen. How to access my personalized agenda: Your agenda will appear within the Event Guide menu under My Schedule (Please note: it may vary depending on your device type). FACULTY: See a list of all of the speakers at the event. You can tap on the speaker s name to see the speaker s title, bio, any links or documents the speaker has provided, and a list of sessions the speaker is presenting. ACCREDITATION: Find information in regards to the total CME credits available for participating in the course. In addition, you could view documentation that outlines the course Needs Assessment, Disclosure Summary, and Acknowledgements. ATTENDEES: Connect with other attendees through the attendee networking feature. Once you confirm your account, you can edit your profile (add a headshot & contact information). Tap on other attendees to request an exchange of information. For quick access, you could find all of your shared contacts in the Event Guide menu under My Contacts. HOTEL INFO: Find out hotel information, including contacts, group rate, reservation deadline, and parking. MAPS: View different maps for the event. There are two different kinds of maps. The first is an area map that could include recommended amenities around the event. The area map is an OpenSource version of Google Maps, so it works a little bit differently, and does not activate the GPS functionality when tapped. There are also floor maps that allow you to find course sessions and meal function locations. If you tap on the map image, a yellow spotlight and a red bubble appear. The red bubble shows how many sessions are located within that area. If you tap the red flag, the flag will disappear, but if you tap the yellow spotlight you will see the items associated with the location. You can also view the map from the session description page by tapping the location name next to the pinpoint icon. CONTACT CME STAFF: Connect to any staff member from the UC San Diego School of Medicine, Continuing Medical Education office. FACEBOOK: Access the course Facebook event page to post comments, questions, and photos to the wall. #ucsdnephrology: Log-in to your Twitter account to participate in the hashtag thread for the meeting. REGISTER NOW: Connect to the registration information for the meeting. (For individuals that aren t already register for the course.)

6 SEARCH: Search for anything within the app including sessions, speakers, contacts, etc. You will be able to find what you are looking for by tapping on the list item to see the detail description, or find out when and where something is happening. SUPPORTERS: Find out which organizations helped to make the conference a huge success. EXHIBITORS: Review all of the organizations exhibiting at the conference and bookmark the ones you want to visit. WIFI CONNECTION: Find out what the connection process is for the host meeting venue. This will include log-in information. QR SCANNER: Quickly scan any QR codes that you find onsite. UCSD CME CALENDAR: A direct link to our activity calendar. ABOUT UCSD CME: Learn about our CME office, what services we offer, and view a full listing on our conference calendar for upcoming events. OVERALL COURSE EVALUATION: Claim credit and complete the overall course evaluation (to be done at the close of the meeting).
