Every prudent property manager, business owner, or developer are always conscious of their expenses and have in place proper control and procedures to monitor and manage these expenses. The electricity cost is always a big concern and many looking at signing contracts to fix their electricity prices or performing energy reviews of their operations evidences this. There is the possibility that upon an audit of the Electricity Bill that OEB may determine an error on the past bill but will not apply the refund but will implement the savings for the future. We will not apply a charge for the review of the utility bill. 2. There may be no errors on your bill and will result in no credit or refund. In this case then no fee is payable. 3.
