2 THE TRAINING THE PROGRAM The Next Level program extends over a period of 8-12 months including 10 individual meetings between the leadership the client and trainer. Each meeting takes place at the client s work place, which allows the client to complete the program without any travel or absence from his or her work. We do not educate and teach. We train. It s not a paperweight. It s your personal journal. Developed over the past 10 years with thousands of hours invested in research. Tested in all corners of the world. Evaluated together with leading Universities such as University of Southern California in Los Angeles and Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. The program is divided into 10 modules including essential topics such as Organization, Definition of Goals, Time Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Balance in Life, Analysis and Decision Making. The program focuses on immediate outcome based on the client s individual desires, interests, needs and goals, which are analyzed and evaluated in depth together with the leadership trainer. By recognizing the client s specific goals and desires, the leadership trainer can direct the client in implementing necessary measures and changes. This approach is proven to produce fast and effective growth and lasting positive change.
3 The Next Level Approach Next Level s leadership program is designed for managers, directors and key personnel in all categories. The program extends over 8-12 months including ten individual meetings between the leadership consultant and the client. Each meeting takes place at the client s work place, which allows the client to complete the program without any travel or absence from his or her work. You will learn new information that will enable you to define specific goals to be achieved through active and effective leadership training throughout the program. Next Level s program is structured around four primary components: 1. A personal leadership consultant. You will meet your leadership consultant on a regular basis over a period of 8-12 months. In addition to the scheduled meetings, you may contact your consultant with any questions or to discuss your development. 2. Personalized leadership materials for use in analyzing your leadership style. 3. Highly focused practice sessions between consultant meetings. 4. Clear, well defined plans of action with feedback and monitoring to help in providing constructive benchmarking where applicable. Our program is designed to meet the needs of: a.
