Wherever possible we ll organise payment directly to the provider, so you can focus on getting better. If you do pay for treatment, we ll reimburse your eligible claim within ten working days. Simply call us on +44 (0) to discuss your symptoms or needs with one of our personal advisers. Prior to receiving your treatment, simply call us on +44 (0) to discuss the details of your planned treatment and what is required.
