1 Xerox Custom Healthcare Solution Xerox HR Services has undertaken a comprehensive review of the employee benefits market, assessing all of the major providers, in order to develop our Xerox Custom Healthcare Solution, a high value, low cost health and wellbeing benefit package for small to medium companies, which offers features and rates that are usually only available to large corporate businesses. There is little to no start-up cost (there is no fee for reviewing the market as we have already undertaken this work), and membership can be as low as two employees for the majority of benefits. Many of the benefits can also be offered on a self-pay basis, so that even without any additional benefit budget, employers can offer a competitive voluntary benefit package to their employees. 2 UK Private Medical Insurance Private healthcare cover can help keep staff well and/or get them back to work quickly All policies include a core level of cover, providing benefit for in-patient and day-case treatment. A limited level of out-patient benefit is also included, providing benefit for surgical procedures, cancer treatment (including radiotherapy and chemotherapy), and CT, MRI and PET scans in an AXA PPP scanning centre As standard, members will have access to a dedicated nurse service providing clinical telephone support for employees and their families who have been diagnosed with cancer Additional benefits include NHS cash benefit, private ambulance, parent accommodation and Expert Health, a 24 hour health information helpline Members will also have access to AXA PPP s new MSK Pathway, which allows members to access physiotherapy (via AXA PPP s partnership with Nuffield) with no requirement for GP referral. AXA PPP s trained physiotherapists will provide an initial triage service over the telephone, and treatment may be in the form of self-help at home, referral to hands on physiotherapy, or referral to a specialist consultant as appropriate In addition to the core cover, there are various add-on options available, including therapies, mental health, travel, dental and optical cover Helping your employees receive treatment quicker for acute medical conditions, but also motivating your employees without increasing fixed salary costs. The services available when you sign up are: Sickness absence management referrals. To determine the most appropriate medical intervention, all cases are triaged by experienced clinicians who will produce concise, evidenced-based medical reports, including clear prognosis of the employee s condition.
