2 The Corporate Global Health plans are for employers who want their staff to be able to access the very best private health care within Dubai, and globally. The Corporate Global Health plans are underwritten by Dubai Insurance psc, designed by William Russell Limited and administered by Neuron.

3 THE CORPORATE GLOBAL HEALTH PLAN The Corporate Global Health plans are for employers who want their staff to be able to access the very best private health care within Dubai, and globally. COVER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES WHEREVER THEY ARE The Corporate Global Health plans provide cover anywhere in the world, so employees are free to choose where they have their medical treatment, within the medical network of providers chosen. WIDE RANGING COVER The Corporate Global Health plans offer comprehensive cover for medical treatment, with some additional features that set us apart from other health insurers. TAKING EXTRA CARE OF OUR CANCER PATIENTS To give our clients that little bit of extra support, we introduced additional benefits such as cover for a wig, dietician consultations and counselling upon first being diagnosed with cancer. COVER FOR LONG TERM CONDITIONS Our Corporate Global Health plans cover long term medical conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, so your employees don t have to worry about limitations on their cover if they are diagnosed with an illness which is chronic or long term. GENEROUS MATERNITY BENEFITS Our Gold plan not only includes $10,000 cover for routine maternity care, but also provides full refund cover for complications of pregnancy, including child-birth when it requires an emergency surgical procedure. HELPING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LOOK AFTER THEIR HEALTH We believe that prevention is better than cure. That s why our Corporate Global Health plans each provide a generous annual benefit for your employees, and their families, to have regular health checks. Vaccinations and eye examinations are also included in this benefit. EMERGENCY MEDICAL EVACUATION COVER AND 24/7 MEDICAL ASSISTANCE COMES AS STANDARD All Global Health clients can call on our 24/7 medical assistance helpline for immediate assistance at any time, from anywhere. If necessary, an air ambulance will be sent to transport them to a hospital in another country where they will get the care they need. EASY ACCESS TO HOSPITALS IN DUBAI With their Neuron card, your employees and their families will have access to all of the medical providers within your chosen network. It s a cashless system, so your employees don t have to worry about the cost. EASY ACCESS TO HOSPITALS OUTSIDE OF DUBAI Most Neuron networks include many hospitals within the Middle East, and if the need for treatment arises anywhere else in the world, our 24-hour emergency assistance service will provide all the assistance needed to ensure swift access to the best available medical facility. THE SECURITY BEHIND THE COVER The Corporate Global Health plans are underwritten by Dubai Insurance psc, Dubai s oldest insurance company. ELIGIBILITY FOR THE GLOBAL HEALTH PLANS The Global Health plans are available to companies who insure 10+ employees on a compulsory basis. What we mean by compulsory is that all employees must be insured, and you as the employer must pay 100% of the insurance premium. It is also possible to insure certain categories of employees, such as Management only. You may also include your employees spouses and children in your Company plan, provided that all spouses and children are insured, and that you as the employer pay 100% of their premium. A CHOICE BETWEEN TWO PLANS We offer two Global Health plans Silver and Gold. Both plans offer an extensive range of benefits and the main difference is that Gold offers higher maternity and dental benefits. Both plans far exceed the DHA Essential Benefits requirements. A CHOICE OF NETWORKS With Neuron as our medical network partner we can offer a choice between the Comprehensive network which gives your employees access to all hospitals in Dubai, and the General Plus network which excludes cover in the most expensive medical facilities. COVER IN PLACE IN NO TIME We ll get your employees' plans set up, and the documention to them immediately. COVER THAT S EASY TO UNDERSTAND We make our documents as easy to understand as possible, and we re always available to answer any questions your employees may have.

4 The Benefits of Global Corporate Health at a glance Annual benefit limit for each insured person COVER FOR EVERY DAY MEDICAL CARE When they visit their GP and need prescribed drugs, treatment or tests When they need long term treatment for chronic conditions such as diabetes When they re referred to a Specialist for specialist treatment If they need physiotherapy When their doctor recommends an MRI, PET or CAT scan If they need emergency ward treatment at a hospital If they want to try alternative therapies Acupuncture, homeopathy & treatment by a chiropractor* or osteopath* 10 sessions of Traditional Chinese medicine HOSPITAL COVER Treatment, surgery and accommodation in a private room If they need an organ, bone marrow or tissue transplant If they need reconstructive surgery following an accident or breast cancer If they need an ambulance to get you to hospital Post hospital care for follow up consultations, treatment and tests Rehabilitation benefit when you're discharged from hospital Medical aids such as wheelchairs and crutches COVER FOR CANCER CARE Whether it s hospital treatment, or follow up consultations and tests they receive as an out-patient cancer treatment is covered 100% Special care when cancer is first diagnosed Wig benefit 2 consultations with a dietician 10 sessions of counselling SPECIALIST CARE Treatment for HIV & AIDS - over a 5 year period Hospice and palliative care PSYCHIATRIC CARE Lifetime benefit limit for ALL psychiatric care other than emergencies If they need to be admitted to hospital If they need to see a psychiatrist as an out-patient Psychiatric treatment they need in a medical emergency EVACUATION BENEFIT An emergency medical evacuation Getting them back home afterwards & the travelling expenses of a companion Repatriation if they die whilst you re overseas A helping hand if they need to make a compassionate visit home HELPING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LOOK AFTER THEIR HEALTH Benefit towards the preventive health checks of their choice including vaccinations and an eye examination Dubai Health Authority stipulated Health Checks for adults, plus inoculations for children and new-borns MATERNITY BENEFITS Cover for routine maternity care and normal child birth Additional cover for complications of pregnancy Cover if they need an emergency caesarean section Cover for their new born baby during its first 90 days of life DENTAL BENEFITS Emergency in-patient dental treatment following an accident and received within 15 days Emergency out-patient dental treatment Routine dental treatment OPTIONAL DENTAL BENEFITS AVAILABLE WITH SILVER & GOLD Routine dental treatment Complex dental treatment FOR A FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE COVER PROVIDED BY EACH PLAN PLEASE REFER TO THE CURRENT GLOBAL CORPORATE HEALTH PLAN AGREEMENT.

6 WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE COVERED Our standard cover is world-wide excluding the USA. Employees can add either of the following USA cover options:- $100,000 of annual USA cover during trips of up to 45 days duration. $250,000 of annual USA cover during trips of up to 90 days duration. THE COST OF EMPLOYEES COVER Good medical care is expensive and claims for serious long term illnesses such as cancer can run into hundreds of thousands of dollars. At Dubai Insurance Company we firmly believe in maintaining a fair pricing strategy to ensure we keep future annual increases reasonable and affordable. USING AN EXCESS TO REDUCE PREMIUMS Corporate Global Health plans can have a nil excess, or, if one of our excess options is taken, it will help reduce premiums. Choose from the following options:- $15/AED55 per visit $30/AED110 per visit OTHER PROTECTION BENEFITS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES We also offer a range of competitively priced employee benefit plans to help you attract and retain employees. These protection plans are available separately or together:- Group Life protection Provide up to 5 x salary life insurance benefit if an employee dies whilst in your service. Accident protection We have a range of accident benefits including a lump sum payment on death, or on becoming permanently totally disabled. Group Long Term Disability protection Providing a replacement salary if an employee suffers a long term illness or injury that prevents them from working.
