3 Award-Winning Engine Technology PURETECH PETROL TECHNOLOGY: EURO 6 Peugeot PureTech: A compact engine with huge spirit... Peugeot PureTech is an advanced 3-cylinder petrol engine technology that offers a drive and performance normally associated with much bigger engines but with significantly improved fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. It s a product of Peugeot s 100 years of intelligent, innovative engineering and combines reduced weight materials with the efficiency of applying direct fuel injection to three cylinders. On some versions we ve even added Turbo Power, optimising torque at all revs and delivering an engine with a unique personality and one which is ultimately designed to give you maximum driving pleasure and responsiveness, at any speed, for less. The engine offers one of the most comfortable driving experiences on the market, even at low speeds, and the best low speed / power compromise: up to 130bhp with torque of 230 Nm. Combined with the new automatic EAT6 gearbox, the 1.2L PureTech 110 EAT6 S&S turbo 6-speed automatic low CO2 powertrain has become a reference in the segment. Peugeot s Revolutionary PureTech petrol engine was crowned an Engine of the Year Winner in 2016 and The award, received for the second consecutive year, is the latest achievement for the revolutionary engine model. With 120 patents to its name, the Turbo PureTech petrol engine cuts fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by 18% compared to its four-cylinder petrol predecessor. The engine holds two fuel economy records, claiming its first in Europe in 2014, with a manual transmission vehicle and a second in China, when an automatic model travelled 1,878 kilometres on a single tank, achieving a record-breaking 2.93 litres per 100 kilometres. BLUEHDI DIESEL TECHNOLOGY: EURO 6 Peugeot BlueHDi : Pioneering on Low Consumption and CO2 BlueHDi is the name given to Peugeot s latest generation of diesel engines that meet stringent Euro 6 emissions legislation. The result of a world-famous diesel heritage plus innovation and engineering excellence developed on the race track of Le Mans, BlueHDi complies with Euro 6 emission standards, to deliver exceptional fuel economy and CO2 emissions alongside a driving experience rich in power and performance. With its Blue HDi technology, Peugeot continues to offer to its customers ever-cleaner Diesel engines, while maintaining its European leadership in low carbon emissions. Blue HDi comprises two key systems: A Peugeot additive Diesel Particulate Filter, which dramatically reduces particulate emissions by 99.9% whatever their size and whatever the driving conditions. An SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system upstream of the Particulate Filter which reduces 90% of the nitrogen oxides (NOx) produced by the engine. The three-stage cleansing process specifically targets the pollutants of diesel combustion, removing hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide, reducing nitrogen oxides and eliminating 99.9% of particulates. Combining a Diesel Particulate Filter and SCR delivers the cleanest diesel engine possible and exceptional fuel economy. NEW EFFICIENT AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (EAT6) TECHNOLOGY A new generation of 6-speed automatic gearboxes: Peugeot's new generation of automatic gearboxes have been developed in collaboration with Aisin AW. The new efficient automatic transmission unit uses Quickshift technology, for faster gear changes and smooth operation, delivering superb driving pleasure and exceptional fuel and CO2 efficiency.

4 Key Features PEUGEOT i-cockpit The new Peugeot 2008 SUV retains the revolutionary Peugeot i-cockpit interior, combining a compact steering wheel for maximum control, a head up instrument panel for increased driver safety and from level two Active models, an intuitive touch screen to access vehicle functions, telephone and multimedia controls. MIRROR SCREEN Mirror Screen, from level two Active models, allows the use of compatible smartphone applications on your compatible smartphone to be displayed on the vehicle touch screen via Apple CarPlay for iphone and MirrorLink for Android. Intuitive and easy to use, you can access Maps, play your music and listen to or send messages. SATELLITE NAVIGATION Linked to the 7 colour touch screen, Satellite Navigation is standard from level four GT Line 2008 SUV models. The interactive and easy to use Satellite Navigation system will take the stress out of any journey. PARKING AID & REVERSING CAMERA Rear parking aid sensors are standard from level two Active models. From level three Allure models, a colour Reverse Camera is added, located on the rear of the vehicle and linked to the 7 colour touch screen. The system increases visibility and driver confidence when reversing. VISIBILITY PACK The Visibility Pack, standard from level two Active models, includes automatic headlights, automatic windscreen wipers and an electrochrome rear view mirror. TYRE UNDER-INFLATION DETECTION Standard on all 2008 models, the tyre under-inflation detection system checks the tyre pressure and sets off a warning if the tyre pressure is low.

5 Key Features PARK ASSIST ACTIVE CITY BRAKE Park Assist, an option from level two Active models, detects available parking spaces and assists you with your parking and exit manoeuvres, whether parallel parking or parking in bays. At speeds below 8 km/h, it automatically takes control of the steering and provides the driver with visual and audio information. You remain in control of the steering, braking, gears and, if your car has a manual gearbox, the clutch. Active City Brake, an option from level two Active models, is a new feature that operates at speeds of 30 km/h or less if the driver is unable to react, helping avoid accidents on city streets or making them less serious. A short-range laser sensor installed at windscreen level, detects obstacles and automatically applies maximum brake pressure, thereby helping avoid a collision or limit its consequences by reducing the impact speed. DUAL ZONE AUTOMATIC AIRCON Manual air conditioning is standard from level one Access models, with dual zone automatic air conditioning from level two Active versions. Dual zone air conditioning regulates the temperature in each section of the passenger compartment, driver side and passenger side. CORNERING ASSIST FOG LAMPS With LED daytime running lamps standard across the range, cornering assist fog lamps are standard from level three Allure models. They automatically light up the inside of a corner to give greater visibility, at speed of less than 40km/hr (urban driving, winding roads, junctions, parking...). PANORAMIC ROOF WITH LED LIGHTING Optional on level two Active models, and standard from level three Allure models, the Peugeot full length panoramic Cielo roof is a fixed glass roof that bathes the cabin in natural light to give an even more airy feeling. An electric roller blind is included. At night, the blue comet effect LED mood lighting brings the cabin to life, with the blind closed or not.

6 Key Features GRIP CONTROL Grip Control is available as an option from level two Active models and is standard on the level four GT Line version. Grip Control is an adapted traction control system which responds to most terrains and weather conditions. It acts on the front wheels by adjusting wheel spin and torque to optimise traction in low-grip conditions and uses electronic components that are already installed in the car meaning that it adds no extra weight and therefore no excessive fuel consumption, unlike a traditional 4x4. Versatile and adaptable, this system has control built in. This unique system, patented by Peugeot, improves traction in snow, mud and sand and works with Mud and Snow all-season tyres to offer an excellent balance between safety, grip and traction. Equipped with Grip Control, the 2008 is therefore able to tackle a very broad range of conditions, allowing you to explore fresh horizons... The Grip Control dial located on the centre console lets you choose, from five driving modes, the appropriate mode for the surface you encounter. 1. Standard ESP: suited to everyday conditions. The system is calibrated with a fixed low level of skidding. 2. Snow Mode: suited to icy, snowy conditions. On starting, the system adapts to the conditions of grip encountered, wheel by wheel. When making progress, the system optimises spin to provide the best acceleration possible according to the grip available. This mode is recommended in deep snow or on steep gradients. 3. Mud Mode: suitable for slippery roads and terrain. When setting off, this mode allows a lot of spin at the wheel with the least grip to allow the mud to be cleared and grip restored. At the same time, the wheel which has the most grip is given as much torque as possible. When making progress, the system optimises the skid to provide the best response to the driver s needs. 4. Sand Mode: suited to sandy conditions. This mode allows some simultaneous spin of the two driving wheels to allow the vehicle to move forward and reduce the risk of being trapped in the sand. 5. ESP Off: allows driver control. This mode allows the possibility of disconnecting the dynamic stability control (ESP) and the traction assistance up to 50km/hr putting the vehicle in the driver s control. Above this speed, the system is reconnected for your safety FIVE STAR EURO NCAP SAFETY RATING A Five Star Euro NCAP Safety Rating: The Peugeot 2008 range scored the maximum five stars in the stringent Euro NCAP Safety Rating.
