9 Suggestions Develop advising polices for early recognition and intervention for at risk students Develop NCLEX style test questions for unit testing, application level or higher Develop program testing policies consistent with NCLEX testing, all faculty adhering to the same policy Develop all unit tests using a test blueprint modeled after the NCLEX Detailed Test Plan Ensure proficiency in English for students who have English as a second language
