We acknowledge receipt of your letter showing interest to attend your studies at the Assemblies of God Bible College -Dodoma. The college exists to Develop Servant Leaders Empowered by the Holy Spirit to Reach the Nations. Welcome to join the growing number of students of CBC. Here are some of the things you need to know. 1. Fill the Application Form. 2. Every student is required to pay 20,000/= as the Application Fee for Diploma and 30,000/= For degree applicants (Send it with your Forms). 3. Take note of the Fee Schedule (There are three terms per year): * Diploma program per term: TAG students 200,000/= and Non TAG Students is 300,000/= * Degree Program: Tuition and Board TAG Students 400,000/= Study Guides 100,000/= per term and Non TAG Students 500,000/=, Study Guides 100,000/= per term. * Student s Welfare fund 10,000/= yearly. * Collage development contribution 20,000/= paid ones only through out your stay at the college). 4. You need to write a Personal Testimony and include the following; (i) How you were saved? (ii) How you got baptized in Spirit? (iii) How you felt God s call into the Ministry? (iv) Why you have chosen CBC Dodoma for your training? 5. Send us your School Certificates. If you have ever attended another Bible College request for an official Transcript before you come. 6. Send us two Passport size photos. 7. If you are intending to join Diploma or Degree, you must have a level of Form 4 and above or its equivalent. You must demonstrate an ability to speak, write and understand things through English language. 8. Do a Medical Examination for physical fitness from a recognized Hospital and a qualified doctor and will be accountable for any information given. The examination or test should include: Tuberculosis, Venereal Diseases, HIV/AIDS, Diabetes, Advanced Stomach Ulcers and any other serious disease. This should be sent before you come. 9.
