13 Local distribution: connecting households Legislation: Obligation to connect new buildings to heating network in July 2007 Rotterdam building code Article A Requirement to connect to heating network. If, in a part of the municipality a provision for heating of buildings, as referred to in article 2.69 of the building Act, is present or at the time of realization of the construction of the new building will be present. The building must be connected to the district heating. Concession: rights and obligation to connect new buildings 13 Current situation
