8 Business Pains Administrator: My users are complaining about poor response time I need to keep adding more and more disk storage because of the explosive growth in volume and large attachments. Backups and restores take too long. It s a challenge to keep control of our system Retrieving old s from tape storage for litigation cases is time consuming CIO: I think it is ridiculous that we have so much redundant information being stored in our system.
