2 NMLS will automatically generate subscribable notifications and communications when certain actions are taken. Institution Account Administrators or their designees will receive the institution notifications and s. Mortgage Loan Originators will receive all individual s. Notifications and s may be received in real time or on a nightly basis and will be sent from Notifications User subscribable s that the account administrator can grant access to. If no users are assigned to receive a notification, the notification is sent to all Account Administrators. s s are non-subscribable. These are sent to the recipient with no option to opt out and are triggered by an event in the system. Action Required: Individual logs into the NMLS account, fill out/verify the MU4R information under the Attestation Requested Filings section and attest to the MU4R. Make the requested corrections by entering the appropriate section(s) of the form in your record. 5. Select Completeness Check and Submit on the left panel. 6. Resolve any outstanding completeness issues, if applicable. 7. Click the oath box and then the Attest button that appears at the bottom of the page to submit the filing. Access Quick Guides for additional tips on amending your MU4R filing. Contact your employer if you need additional information regarding the correction request. Received When: The individual has attested and the institution has requested a specific item to be corrected/changed in the MU4R Action Required: Amend the MU4R filing based on the institution s Reason for Correction Request.
