1 Tuition Liability Schedule Tuition liability adjustment will be made only in the case of an official drop, withdrawal or leave of absence. A Withdrawal Form must be completed either in person at the Registrar's Office or Student Services or contact them for information on how to properly drop/withdraw. The amount of any adjustment will be determined using the date of filing and the appropriate schedule below. An alternate schedule may apply in the case of Federal financial aid recipients. NO ADJUSTMENT WILL BE MADE IN THE CASE OF AN UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL. Non-Term Related Tuition Liability Schedules: MASTER OF ARTS in CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING or MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY: Students are financially liable for tuition for a class ON the FIRST FRIDAY of the first weekend of class. If you decide to drop a class for any reason, please do not attend class, and be sure to notify the Program Director and Registrar Office prior to the FIRST FRIDAY of class. ADULT AND GRADUATE ASSOCIATE, BACHELOR and MASTER PROGRAMS (7 week courses): FOR BOTH ON-GROUND AND ONLINE PROGRAMS: Students are 25% financially liable for tuition during the first night/week of class and financially liable for tuition at the start of the second night/week of class. If you decide to drop a class for any reason, please do not attend class, and be sure to notify the Program Director and Registrar Office prior to the first day of class
