1 Step 1: General Admission Deadline (Criteria to sit for the PSB RN admission test): Complete by 1/21/ Current application for admission 2. Official high school transcript or GED scores 3. 2 The Health Form is distributed/ ed to those taking the PSB RN test. Applicants are advised to begin working on the health form, but it will not be due until a student is accepted into the program. Minimally, a student should schedule an appointment with a health care provider within 1 week of acceptance letters & begin collection of immunization records. Students are advised to begin the process of health requirements e.g.ppd, Hepatitis series, varicella titer or series, but evidence of these are not required until after program acceptance (see step ). Step 2: PSB RN testing. In order to determine the PSB RN scores and rankings, the FNC PSB RN Score and Ranking Calculation Formula is applied to all tests by the admissions advisors/counselor. The PSB scores and rankings (including categorical scores), based on the formula, are sent to the Director. The Director then identifies the top 80 scorers by combining/merging the rankings and scores of the 3 colleges. Three references at or above the recommend level are required to progress. Advisors/Counselors may ask applicants to replace one reference that is less than recommend or any of a type not listed as acceptable. In order to proceed to Step 2, the final 3 references must be at or above the recommend level. The Admissions Advisors/Counselor will use the Points Tally (Step 3) for these top (80) scorers. The top 80 applicants will be notified by or US Postal Service by_2/2/201_ that they must attend the Program Group Information Session on the scheduled date, 3/2 6/201. The applicants not eligible for Step 3 will also be notified.
