Additional scope defined in sheets 1-7 is the quantity of embankment material (See Line Nbr.4). 2. Provides compensation for re-sequencing of the work due to impacts occurring subsequent to the time of the Design-Build RFP Submittal, including the establishment of new Contract Milestone dates (See Line Nbr.3). 3. Settlement of all specific known requests for changes, potential changes, Proposal Requests (PR's), Supplemental Instructions (SI's) and any other claims that have been submitted, and issues (see Line Nbr.2) that have or may not have been submitted to the County as of March 31, 2013, except for those items listed below: a. PCO 0YY Utility Damages Caused by Contractor (TBD) BCAD staff, Runway CPM staff, and PMO staff have not fully reviewed, and do not necessarily agree, that the reserved items (PCO's) listed above should constitute a change to the contract documents; and will be evaluating the validity, cost and time impacts in accordance with the contract requirements. The listed amounts, if any, are values assigned by Contractor and not agreed to by COUNTY. By entering in to this Change Order COUNTY and Contractor do not waive any defenses it has or may have had under the contract documents with regard to any of the above listed items. 4/25/2013 This work does not impact the overall Contract Time. This work does impact the Milestones. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, the Notice-to-Proceed, this Change Order, an updated Purchase Order, and issuance of all required Broward County permits.
