3 About Fresh Air Mission: Our quest is to provide a service of excellence and fulfill our customer needs through a commitment to personalized, firstclass and outstanding service quality. Fresh Air LC was created in February of 2002 as a small, family operated business specialized in the development of odor control services in the North Miami area. Nowadays, Fresh Air has added several new and innovative services and extended it s coverage areas as far as Florida City to the South and Broward County to the North. All of our services are performed on a three week basis.

4 Air Freshening. Small Areas Equipment Service Description For small areas we use a fan operated unit that dispenses a pleasent fragrance into the air on a continuos basis. Our units cover up to 500 square feet. Our trained Service Personel instal the dispenser and replace the fragrance, battery and wicks every 21 days. Our Fragrances are Enviromentaly Friendly and designed to freshen the air where "green" products are mandated. Unlike most air freshening services that start with a heavy fragrance and rapidly lose their effectiveness after ten days, Florida Scents provides a consistent fragrance level giving your rooms a fresh fragrance every second of the day.

5 Air Freshening. Large Areas Equipment Service Description For larger areas, we use an electrical fan operated unit which delivers a high volume of fragrance into the air in spaces of up to 10,000 square feet. For this service, we utilize our Environmentally friendly solid fan air freshener refills which maintain a clean, fresh-smell in large spaces. The refill system is the better choice with maximum fragrance output at a low cost. The units include a 12 volt fan which is powered by a transformer plugged into an standard electrical outlet. The low voltage makes these units safe to handle. The dispensers can be mounted on the wall or conveniently disguised behind a piece of furniture.

6 Air Freshening. Door Fragrance Stick Ups Service Description Designed for toilet compartments and small rooms, the Door Fragrance Stick Ups (DSU) are easily mounted on any vertical surface. The DSU kills unpleasant odors and leaves a light, pleasant fragrance in their place. The design of the DSU holder allows for the controlled release of the fragrance even if there is poor air circulation in the room. The DSU s fragrance disks are unique with spikes that allow for the effective, even release of the fragrance. The refills are 90% pure fragrance oils and also Environmentally friendly Available Fragrances: Berry, Cherry and Mango.

8 Restroom Sanitizing, Toilet and Urinal Sanitizing Equipment Service Description Our Sanitizing Service units automatically dispense fluids into the urinals and commodes killing odors at their source and providing a light, pleasant fragrance throughout the restroom. Our sanitizing system kills bacteria, therefore, eliminating bad odors and preventing cross contamination in restrooms. It works great in combination with our Air Freshening Service

9 Restroom Sanitizing. Urinal Screen Replacement Service Description Fresh Air Urinal Screens are made of tough, stain-resistant vinyl plastic and last much longer than traditional urinal screens. Our screens are encapsulated with a deodorant that helps keep the urinal sanitary and kills unwanted odors. Economical, effective and attractive, the translucent tinted screen is designed to reduce splash-back with superior fragrance and odor control. Also eliminates drain clogging caused by chewing gum, cigarettes and paper products thrown into the urinal. We replace the urinal screens in your facility every 21 days with a new screen that is impregnated with a deodorant helping to keep the bathrooms fresh and clean smelling.

10 Restroom Sanitizing. Floor Mat Replacement Service Description Our Restroom Floor Mats prevent damage to the floor, reduce maintenance, and eliminate bad odors that come from urine spillage caused by 'hoverers' over commodes and 'dribblers' over urinals. The mat liners are encapsulated with an agent that neutralizes urine odors and the fragrance is activated by this process and matches the fragrance of the dispenser. We replace the mats and urinal screens every 21 days. Just another part of our service!

Equipment of cutting edge technology, patented worldwide and designed to diffuse scents in versatile spaces, ranging from the smallest to the most ample ones. It is a pulverizing system that releases aroma particles smaller than 5 microns through an air pump that converts the liquid perfume into a gas. Coverage from 100 to 2500 square feet with maximum perfume performance. Portable and easy to install, equipped with accessories to fix it to the floor, wall or Air Conditioner tubing.

14 Hand Care. Soap and Sanitizing Dispensing Service Description Fresh Air hands-free automatic soap and sanitizing dispenser will greatly enhance the appearance of any restroom. Soft bursts of light weight foam gently wash away dirt and germs. Our Foaming Soap hand cleanser has just a trace of lavander and leaves the hands feeling great. We will install, maintain your dispenser and return every 21 days to refill it. Fresh Air Hand Sanitizing Spray (65% Ethanol) kills % of most common germs in 15 seconds. Sanitizer is dispensed in an atomized spray, ensuring total saturation of the most critical parts of the hands, the nails and cuticles.
